Claims (10)
- 固定接点及び可動接点を有する接点装置と、
前記可動接点を移動させる電磁石装置と、
を備え、
前記電磁石装置は、
通電により第1磁束を発生するコイルと、
前記第1磁束の向きと同じ向きの第2磁束を発生する永久磁石を有して、中心軸方向に延びる中空部を有する筒体と、
と、
前記筒体の前記中空部に配置されて前記中心軸方向に往復移動する可動子と、
前記可動子と前記筒体と共に前記第1磁束と前記第2磁束の少なくとも一方を通す磁気回路を形成する継鉄と、
を有し、
前記電磁石装置は、
前記コイルへの通電の時に、前記第1磁束と前記第2磁束により前記可動子を吸引することにより第1位置に前記可動接点を位置させ、
前記コイルへの通電が解除されると前記第1位置と異なる第2位置に前記可動接点を位置させる、
ように構成されている、電磁継電器。 - 前記筒体は、磁性材料により形成されている第1筒体部と第2筒体部とをさらに有し、
前記永久磁石は、前記中心軸方向において前記第1筒体部と前記第2筒体部との間に設けられている、請求項1記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記可動接点が前記第1位置に位置しているときと前記第2位置に位置しているときとに、前記中心軸方向と直角の方向において前記筒体の前記第1筒体部と前記第2筒体部は前記可動子に対向する、請求項2記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記筒体は磁性材料により形成されている筒体部を有し、
前記筒体の前記中心軸方向の一端が前記継鉄と連結されており、
前記中心軸方向において、前記筒体の前記筒体部は前記筒体の前記一端と前記永久磁石の間に配置されている、請求項1記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記可動接点が前記第1位置に位置しているときと前記第2位置に位置しているときとに、前記中心軸方向と直角の方向において前記筒体の前記筒体部は前記可動子に対向する、請求項4記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記筒体部は前記継鉄に継ぎ目なく連結されている、請求項4記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記筒体部は前記継鉄と一体的に形成されている、請求項6記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記筒体は磁性材料により形成されている筒体部を有し、
前記筒体の前記中心軸方向の一端は前記継鉄と連結されており、
前記中心軸方向において、前記永久磁石は前記筒体の前記一端と前記筒体部との間に配置されている、請求項1記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記永久磁石は前記筒体の全体を構成する、請求項1記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記電磁石装置は、前記可動子とギャップを介して対向してかつ前記筒体と前記可動子と前記継鉄とで前記磁気回路を形成する固定子をさらに有し、
前記第1磁束の前記向きは前記ギャップにおいて前記第2磁束と同じ向きである、請求項1記載の電磁継電器。
