- ハウジング(26)と、
前記ハウジング(26)内に回転可能に配置されたインペラ(28)と、
前記インペラ(28)の中央に設けられ、軸方向の両端に球面状の軸端(66)を有するシャフト(62)と、
前記軸端(66)の各々をピボット支持する球面状の軸受面(73)を有する軸受(70)と、を備え、
前記シャフト(62)の軸方向両側に配置された前記軸受(70)の少なくとも一方において、前記軸受(70)の前記軸受面(73)の曲率半径に対する前記軸端(66)の曲率半径の割合は、85%以下である、
ことを特徴とする遠心ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1記載の遠心ポンプ(10)において、
前記シャフト(62)の軸方向両側に配置された前記軸受(70)の少なくとも一方において、
前記軸端(66)の前記曲率半径は1.25〜1.5mm、又は前記軸受面(73)の前記曲率半径は1.5〜2.5mmである、
ことを特徴とする遠心ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1記載の遠心ポンプ(10)において、
前記シャフト(62)の軸方向両側に配置された前記軸受(70)の少なくとも一方において、前記軸端(66)の前記曲率半径は、1.5mmであり、前記軸受(70)の前記曲率半径は、2.0mmである、
ことを特徴とする遠心ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ(10)において、
前記シャフト(62)に対する軸方向の締付荷重は、30〜60Nである、
ことを特徴とする遠心ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ(10)において、
前記インペラ(28)の外径は、70mm以上であり、
前記インペラ(28)の最大回転数は、3000rpm以下である、
ことを特徴とする遠心ポンプ(10)。
