Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態における空気調和装置1の構成例を示す図である。図1に示すように、空気調和装置1は、熱源機(室外機)A、室内機C、室内機D、中継機B等で構成する。空気調和装置1は、冷房用の冷媒回路と暖房用の冷媒回路とを同時に形成することができるため、冷暖房同時運転を行うことができる。
したがって、第4流量調整装置122は、開度を調整することで熱源機側熱交換器103へ流入する冷媒量を制御し、冷媒量を制御した状態で切換弁125と合流することで、冷媒を中継機Bへ供給する。
上記で説明した利用側熱交換器105C及び第1流量調整装置109Cで、冷媒回路の一部は構成される。
第1流量調整装置109Dは、利用側熱交換器105Dで凝縮液化された液状冷媒を減圧し、高圧と、低圧との中間の圧力である中間圧の冷媒にする。中間圧となった冷媒は、会合部135Bに流入される。

- 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機、媒体と冷媒の熱交換を行う熱源機側熱交換器及び冷媒の流路切換を行う四方弁を有する室外機と、
空調対象の空気と冷媒との熱交換を行う利用側熱交換器及び冷媒を減圧する室内絞り装置を有する室内機と、
前記室外機と前記室内機との間で、暖房を行う前記室内機に気体の冷媒を供給し、冷房を行う前記室内機に液体の冷媒を供給する流路を形成する中継機とを配管接続して冷媒回路を構成し、
前記熱源機側熱交換器が凝縮器として機能するときに、前記熱源機側熱交換器に流入する冷媒量を調整する第1熱源機流量調整装置と、
前記熱源機側熱交換器に流れようとする冷媒をバイパスさせるバイパス管と、
該バイパス管を通過させる冷媒量を調整する切換装置と、
前記熱源機側熱交換器が凝縮器として機能するときの冷媒流入側の圧力、前記熱源機側熱交換器を通過する前記媒体の流入側温度及び流出側温度並びに前記複数の利用側熱交換器における冷房運転容量と暖房運転容量との比率に基づいて前記熱源機側熱交換器の目標制御温度を求め、前記目標制御温度に基づいて前記第1熱源機流量調整装置及び前記切換装置を制御する制御装置と

前記第2熱源機流量調整装置は、前記熱源機用熱交換器の前記冷媒流入側に設けられ、前記熱源機側熱交換器をバイパスする前記液状冷媒の冷媒量を調整して、前記熱源機側熱交換器に流入する冷媒量を調整する請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記熱源機側熱交換器を通過する前記媒体の流入側温度と流出側温度との媒体温度差に基づいて前記目標制御温度との温度差を求め、
また、前記複数の利用側熱交換器の冷房運転容量と暖房運転容量との比率及び前記熱源機側熱交換器の冷媒流入側の圧力に基づいて前記熱源機側熱交換器における冷媒の温度を求め、前記熱源機側熱交換器における冷媒の温度と前記媒体温度差との現温度差を求め、 前記目標制御温度との温度差と前記現温度差とに基づいて前記第1熱源機流量調整装置の補正量を求め、前記第1熱源機流量調整装置を制御する請求項1又は3に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記熱源機側熱交換器を通過する前記媒体の流入側温度と流出側温度との媒体温度差に基づいて前記目標制御温度との温度差を求め、
また、前記複数の利用側熱交換器の冷房運転容量と暖房運転容量との比率及び前記熱源機側熱交換器の冷媒流入側の圧力に基づいて前記熱源機側熱交換器における冷媒の温度を求め、前記熱源機側熱交換器における冷媒の温度と前記媒体温度差との現温度差を求め、 前記目標制御温度との温度差と前記現温度差とに基づいて前記第2熱源機流量調整装置の補正量を求め、前記第2熱源機流量調整装置を制御する請求項2又は4に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記熱源機側熱交換器の冷媒流入側の圧力と前記媒体の流入側温度に基づいて、前記切換装置を切り換えるのに必要な前記切換弁前後の圧力差を求めて前記圧縮機の周波数を制御する請求項1、3又は5に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記第1熱源機流量調整装置の開度制御を行った後に前記切換装置の切り換えを制御する請求項1、3、5又は7に記載の空気調和装置。
