Claims (8)
- 中心部が固定治具に固定された板材を回転させながら前記板材の周縁部の肉厚を増大させるスピニング増肉成形方法であって、
前記板材における少なくとも前記固定治具に隣接する部分に剛性が保持されるように前記板材の周縁部を局所的に加熱しながら、前記板材の周縁部に成形ローラを押圧して前記周縁部を少なくとも当該周縁部の厚み方向と直交する方向に押し込む、スピニング増肉成形方法。 - 前記板材の周縁部を、高周波誘導加熱により加熱する、請求項1に記載のスピニング増肉成形方法。
- 前記高周波誘導加熱による加熱を、前記板材の周縁部に沿って延びる二重円弧状のコイル部と、前記コイル部が嵌め込まれる溝が形成された、前記コイル部を前記板材の周縁部と反対側から覆うコアと、を含む加熱器を用いて行う、請求項2に記載のスピニング増肉成形方法。
- 前記成形ローラの回転軸方向を前記板材の周縁部の厚み方向と平行にした状態で、前記成形ローラを前記板材の周縁部に押圧する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスピニング増肉成形方法。
- 前記成形ローラは、当該成形ローラの回転軸方向に延びる円筒状の押圧面と、前記押圧面の少なくとも一方の端部から立ち上がるガイド面と、を有する、請求項4に記載のスピニング増肉成形方法。
- 前記成形ローラを、前記板材の周縁部の厚み方向と直交する方向に対して傾斜する押圧方向に沿って前記板材の周縁部に押圧し、
前記ガイド面は、前記押圧面における前記押圧方向が傾斜する側と反対側の端部に、前記押圧面と鈍角をなすように設けられている、請求項5に記載のスピニング増肉成形方法。 - 前記板材は、チタン合金からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスピニング増肉成形方法。
- 板材の中心部が固定される固定治具と、
前記固定治具が取り付けられた回転シャフトと、
前記板材の周縁部を局所的に加熱する加熱器と、
加熱された前記板材の周縁部に、当該周縁部の厚み方向と直交する方向に対して傾斜する押圧方向に沿って押圧されることにより、前記周縁部を少なくとも当該周縁部の厚み方向と直交する方向に押し込む成形ローラと、を備え、
前記成形ローラは、当該成形ローラの回転軸方向に延びる円筒状の押圧面と、前記押圧面における前記押圧方向が傾斜する側と反対側の端部から前記押圧面と鈍角をなすように立ち上がるガイド面と、を有する、スピニング増肉成形装置。
