Abstract

接続するための配線も不要になる。
のピンのうち少なくとも1つがアンテナの機能を有していればよい。以下、ピン150等の詳細について説明する。
突出部154を有するだけではなく、モールド部分112に埋め込まれた埋没部156を有している。この埋没部156は、車両から離れる方向に向かって延伸する延伸部157を有しているので、この延伸部157の長さ等を適宜調整することによって所望のアンテナの長さを確保することができる。また、埋没部156は、延伸部157からピン150の埋め込み方向に交差する方向(一例では直交方向)に張り出す一対の張り出し部158を有しているので、この張り出し部158の長さ等を適宜調整することによって所望のアンテナ性能を得ることができる。このように、ピン150をアンテナとして機能させることによって、良好な無線通信性能を得るとともに各種法規制を満足することができる。その結果、本実施形態によれば、基板170上にパターンアンテナを設けたり、基板170上にチップアンテナを搭載したりする必要がないので、車両に取り付けられる無線通信モジュール100を簡易な構成で小型化することができる。
Claims (5)
- 無線通信用の電子部品を搭載した基板と、
前記基板を収容するハウジングと、を備え、車両に取り付けられる無線通信用モジュールであって、
前記基板は、前記ハウジング内に立設されたピンを挿入するための穴を有し、該穴に前記ピンを挿入することによって前記ハウジング内に固定され、
前記ピンは、前記無線通信における信号の送受信用のアンテナとして機能する、
ことを特徴とする無線通信モジュール。 - 請求項1の無線通信モジュールにおいて、
前記アンテナとして機能するピンは、前記ハウジングのモールド部分に埋め込まれた埋没部と、前記モールド部分から突出する突出部と、を有し、
前記埋没部は、前記ピンの埋め込み方向に延伸する延伸部と、該延伸部から前記ピンの埋め込み方向に交差する方向に張り出す一対の張り出し部と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする無線通信モジュール。 - 請求項2の無線通信モジュールにおいて、
前記突出部は、プレスフィット加工されている、
ことを特徴とする無線通信モジュール。 - 請求項2又は3の無線通信モジュールにおいて、
前記無線通信モジュールは、前記アンテナとして機能するピンの前記突出部が前記車両の近位に位置し、前記アンテナとして機能するピンの前記埋没部が前記車両の遠位に位置するように、前記車両に取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする無線通信モジュール。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか1項の無線通信モジュールにおいて、
前記基板は、前記ハウジング内に立設された複数のピンを挿入するための複数の穴を有し、該複数の穴に前記複数のピンをそれぞれ挿入することによって前記ハウジング内に固定され、
前記複数のピンのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記無線通信における信号の送受信用のアンテナとして機能する、
ことを特徴とする無線通信モジュール。
