Claims (9)
- 吸気を加圧してエンジンに供給する過給機の下流で、且つエンジンの吸気ポートに送る吸気量を制御するスロットルボディの上流に配置されて、加圧空気を貯留する鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバであって、
吸気チャンバの出口の上流側で出口の軸心から変位した位置に燃料噴射口を有するインジェクタを備えた鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記吸気チャンバの上面に、前記インジェクタが配置され、
前記インジェクタの軸心が、前記出口の軸心に対して傾斜して配置されている鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。 - 請求項2に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、吸気チャンバの後部に入口が、前部に出口がそれぞれ形成され、
前記インジェクタの軸心が、前方から斜め後方下方に向けて傾斜するよう配置されている鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記吸気チャンバの外表面に、取付用凹部が形成され、
前記取付用凹部に、前記インジェクタが装着されている鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記吸気チャンバが金属製である鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記エンジンのシリンダブロックの後方斜め上方に、前記吸気チャンバが配置され、
前記吸気チャンバの上面に、前記インジェクタが配置され、
前記エンジンの前方を流れる走行風を前記過給機に導く吸気ダクトが前記シリンダブロックの側方を通過している鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記吸気チャンバが側面視で、後方に向かって下方に傾斜している鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記吸気チャンバの上面に、前記インジェクタが配置され、
前記インジェクタの上端と前記吸気チャンバの上端とが、同じ高さに位置している鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバにおいて、前記インジェクタを複数備え、
前記インジェクタの燃料配管は、複数の前記インジェクタをつないで燃料を分配するデリバリパイプから前方に延びた後で、前記吸気チャンバの側方を通って燃料ポンプに接続されている鞍乗型車両の吸気チャンバ。
