Claims (4)
- 相互に間隔をおいてマトリクス状に配されており、角部が面取りされた矩形状の複数の太陽電池と、
隣り合う前記太陽電池を電気的に接続している配線材と、
前記太陽電池の受光面側に配された保護部材と、
を備え、
前記配線材は、複数の前記太陽電池の角部に包囲された領域に位置しており、受光面側から入射した光を前記保護部材側に反射させる反射面を有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池は、
光電変換部と、
前記光電変換部の一主面上に配された第1及び第2の電極と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線材は、前記隣り合う前記太陽電池を接続するとともに、前記複数の太陽電池10の角部に包囲された領域に延びる突出部を有する、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線材は、
一の方向において隣り合う前記太陽電池を電気的に接続している配線材本体と、
前記配線材本体の上に設けられており、前記反射面を構成している反射部材と、
を有し、
一の前記配線材と、前記一の配線材と、他の方向において隣り合う他の配線材とにおいて、前記反射部材が一体に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
