Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1におけるフィンチューブ熱交換器の構成図である。図2(a)は、同フィンチューブ熱交換器のフィン1の部分平面図である。図2(b)、2(c)および2(d)はそれぞれ、図2(a)のA−A線、B−B線およびC−C線での断面図である。図3(a)―3(c)は、同フィンチューブ熱交換器の排水作用を説明する図である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2におけるフィンチューブ熱交換器について、図5−7を用いて説明する。
次に、本発明の実施の形態3におけるフィンチューブ熱交換器について、図9−12を用いて説明する。
Claims (9)
- それぞれの間を空気が流れる複数のフィンと、前記複数のフィンを貫通し、内部を流体が流動する複数の伝熱管とを備え、
前記フィンは、少なくとも1つの山部を形成するように空気の流れ方向に対して傾斜した第1傾斜部と、前記第1傾斜部を貫通する前記伝熱管を囲む管周囲部と、前記管周囲部と前記第1傾斜部とを接続するように空気の流れ方向に対して傾斜した第2傾斜部とを備え、
前記第2傾斜部に貫通孔が形成された、フィンチューブ熱交換器。 - 前記貫通孔は、重力方向において前記管周囲部の最下点よりも下方に位置される、請求項1に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。
- 前記貫通孔は、重力方向における前記管周囲部の最下点および前記第2傾斜部と前記第1傾斜部の山部との交点を結ぶ直線上に配置され、前記直線は重力方向沿いに延びる、請求項2に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部との境界に形成された切り込みである、請求項1に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。
- 前記切り込みは、重力方向における前記第2傾斜部の下端に位置される、請求項4に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。
- 前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部との境界において、重力方向における前記第2傾斜部の上端に切り込みがさらに形成される、請求項5に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。

前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部との境界に凹部が形成された、フィンチューブ熱交換器。 - 前記第1傾斜部において、前記山部と谷部が交互に形成され、
前記凹部は、前記第2傾斜部と前記第1傾斜部の前記山部との交点を挟むように前記交点の近傍に2つ設けられる、請求項7に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。 - 前記凹部と前記交点との距離はフィンのピッチの2倍以内である、請求項7又は8に記載のフィンチューブ熱交換器。
