Description
図1に示されるように、太陽電池モジュール1は、太陽電池ストリング10を備えている。太陽電池ストリング10は、受光面20a側に位置する第1の保護部材11と、裏面20b側に位置する第2の保護部材12との間に配されている。第1の保護部材11と第2の保護部材12との間には、封止材13が設けられている。太陽電池ストリング10は、封止材13によって封止されている。

- 複数の太陽電池と、
隣り合う前記太陽電池のそれぞれの一方面に接着されており、前記隣り合う太陽電池を電気的に接続している配線材と、
を備え、
前記配線材は、絶縁シートと、前記絶縁シートの上に配された導電層とを有し、
前記配線材の前記隣り合う太陽電池間に位置する部分の長さが、前記隣り合う太陽電池間の距離よりも長い、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線材の前記隣り合う太陽電池間に位置する部分は、湾曲部及び屈曲部の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記湾曲部及び屈曲部の少なくとも一方は、前記太陽電池とは反対側に凸状である部分を有する、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記湾曲部及び屈曲部の少なくとも一方は、前記太陽電池側に凸状である部分を有する、請求項2または3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の太陽電池及び前記配線材を封止する封止材をさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記封止材の熱膨張係数が、前記絶縁シートの熱膨張係数よりも高い、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池が前記一方面側に第1及び第2の電極を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シートが可撓性を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シートが樹脂シートにより構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
