Description
図1に示されるように、太陽電池モジュール1は、太陽電池ストリング10を備えている。太陽電池ストリング10は、受光面側に位置する第1の保護部材11と、裏面側に位置する第2の保護部材12との間に配されている。第1の保護部材11と第2の保護部材12との間には、充填材層13が設けられている。太陽電池ストリング10は、充填材層13によって封止されている。
第1の実施形態では、第1及び第2の電極21,22のバスバー部21b,22bの幅W11,W12それぞれが、フィンガー部21a,22aの幅W21,W22よりも小さい例について説明した。但し、本発明は、この構成に限定されない。図4に示されるように、本実施形態では、第1の電極21のバスバー部21bの幅W11は、フィンガー部21aの幅W21よりも大きく、第2の電極22のバスバー部22bの幅W12は、フィンガー部22aの幅W22よりも小さい。本実施形態においても、キャリアの再結合による消失を抑制できるため、実施形態1と同様に改善された光電変換効率を実現することができる。

- 光電変換部と、前記光電変換部の一主面の上に配された第1及び第2の電極とを有する複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を電気的に接続している配線材と、
を備え、
前記第1の電極は、一の方向に沿って延びている複数の第1のフィンガー部と、前記複数の第1のフィンガー部が電気的に接続されている第1のバスバー部とを有し、
前記第2の電極は、前記一の方向に沿って延びている複数の第2のフィンガー部と、前記複数の第2のフィンガー部が電気的に接続されている第2のバスバー部とを有し、
前記第1のバスバー部の幅は、前記第1のフィンガー部の幅よりも小さく、
前記第2のバスバー部の幅は、前記第2のフィンガー部の幅よりも小さく、
前記配線材は、前記第1のフィンガー部において前記第1の電極に電気的に接続され、かつ、前記第2のフィンガー部において前記第2の電極に電気的に接続されている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記配線材は、前記一の方向に沿って延びている第1の線状部を有し、
前記第1の線状部は、前記第1のフィンガー部に接続される。 - 請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記第1のバスバー部の幅は、前記第1のフィンガー部の幅の0.95倍以下である。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記第1の電極は、多数キャリアを収集する電極である。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記第1の電極は、めっき膜を含む。
