Claims (8)
- 貫通孔を有する胴金型と、
前記貫通孔の両端からそれぞれ嵌入可能であり、対向する面に成形材料を挟み込んで押圧可能である押圧面を有する第1及び第2金型と、
前記胴金型は加熱されずガラス転移点以下の温度に設定された状態において、前記第1及び第2金型をガラス転移点以上の温度に加熱するよう制御される加熱制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするレンズ成形装置。 - 前記加熱制御部は、誘導加熱を制御可能である請求項1記載のレンズ成形装置。
- 前記第1及び第2金型は、誘導加熱される材料から成り、前記胴金型は、誘導加熱されない材料から成る誘電体である請求項2記載のレンズ成形装置。
- 前記第1及び第2金型の外壁と、前記胴金型の内壁との間に、前記第1金型、前記第2金型、及び前記胴金型よりも熱伝導性が低い部材を有する請求項3記載のレンズ成形装置。
- 前記第1金型、前記第2金型、及び前記胴金型よりも熱伝導性が低い部材の熱伝導性は、 0.01〜10.00 w/mkの範囲にある、請求項4に記載のレンズ成形装置。
- 前記第1及び第2金型は加熱され熱膨張し、前記胴金型は加熱されず熱膨張は抑えられることにより、圧縮成形の際、前記第1及び第2金型の外壁と、前記胴金型の内壁との間の隙間が小さくなる請求項4又は5に記載のレンズ成形装置。
- 前記第1及び第2金型の線膨張係数は、前記胴金型の線膨張係数より大きい請求項6記載のレンズ成形装置。
- 前記加熱制御部は、前記胴金型の温度を均一に制御可能である請求項7記載のレンズ成形装置。
