Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態1について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における電気推進車両用の充電ケーブルAが適用される充電システムの全体構成図である。この充電システムでは、一般家庭Bの商用電源から充電ケーブルAを介して電気推進車両Cに電力が供給され、電気推進車両Cのバッテリ6が充電される。
デューティ比D=30%:18A
実施の形態2の充電ケーブルAは、通電期間における検出温度の温度勾配が所定の規定温度勾配以上である場合、検出温度が規定温度T2以下に低下しても、バッテリ6への通電を復帰させないことを特徴とする。なお、本実施の形態において実施の形態1と同じものは同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
実施の形態3の充電ケーブルAは、バッテリ6への通電を復帰させる場合、通電停止前に比べて通電電流を低下させることを特徴としている。なお、本実施の形態において、実施の形態1、2と同じものは同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
実施の形態4の充電ケーブルAは、バッテリ6への通電を復帰させる都度、通電電流を低下させることを特徴とする。なお、本実施の形態において実施の形態1〜3と同じものは同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
実施の形態5の充電ケーブルAは、バッテリ6への通電を復帰させる場合、通電停止前に比べて通電電流を低下させ、検出温度が規定温度T1以上になるまで、通電電流を段階的に増大させることを特徴とする。
実施の形態6の充電ケーブルAは、温度検出部を電源プラグ14ではなく、充電プラグ16に設けたことを特徴とする。図9は、本発明の実施の形態6における充電ケーブルAが適用される充電システムの全体構成図である。図10は、本発明の形態6による充電ケーブルAのブロック図である。
実施の形態7は、温度検出部を制御部20aに設けたことを特徴とする。図11は、本発明の実施の形態7における充電ケーブルAのブロック図である。図11に示すように温度検出部20bは、制御部20aに配置されている。
(1)本発明による充電ケーブルは、電気推進車両のバッテリを充電する電気推進車両用の充電ケーブルであって、商用電源の電源コンセントに着脱自在に接続される電源プラグと、前記電気推進車両に着脱自在に接続される充電プラグと、周囲の温度を検出する温度検出部と、前記バッテリへの通電電流を調節するためのパイロット信号を生成し、前記電気推進車両に送信する制御部とを備え、前記制御部は、前記温度検出部により検出された検出温度が所定の第1規定温度以上の場合、前記バッテリへの通電を停止し、前記検出温度が前記第1規定温度よりも低い第2規定温度以下に低下した場合、前記バッテリへの通電を復帰させる。
Claims (9)
- 電気推進車両のバッテリを充電する電気推進車両用の充電ケーブルであって、
商用電源の電源コンセントに着脱自在に接続される電源プラグと、
前記電気推進車両に着脱自在に接続される充電プラグと、
周囲の温度を検出する温度検出部と、
前記バッテリへの通電電流を調節するためのパイロット信号を生成し、前記電気推進車両に送信する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記温度検出部により検出された検出温度が所定の第1規定温度以上の場合、前記バッテリへの通電を停止し、前記検出温度が前記第1規定温度よりも低い第2規定温度以下に低下した場合、前記バッテリへの通電を復帰させる充電ケーブル。 - 前記制御部は、前記バッテリへの通電を復帰させる場合、通電停止前に比べて通電電流を低下させるパイロット信号を生成する請求項1記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記制御部は、前記バッテリへの通電を復帰させる都度、前回の通電期間よりも前記通電電流を低下させるパイロット信号を生成する請求項2記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記制御部は、過去の1又は複数の通電期間が長くなるにつれて、前回の通電期間に対する通電電流の下げ幅を小さく設定する請求項3記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記制御部は、前記バッテリへの通電を復帰させる場合、前回の通電期間に比べて通電電流を低下させ、前記検出温度が前記第1規定温度以上になるまで、前記通電電流を段階的に増大させるパイロット信号を生成する請求項1又は2記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記制御部は、通電期間における前記検出温度の温度勾配が所定の規定温度勾配以上である場合、前記検出温度が前記第2規定温度以下に低下しても、前記バッテリへの通電を復帰させない請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記温度検出部は、前記制御部に設けられている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記温度検出部は、前記電源プラグに設けられている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の充電ケーブル。
- 前記温度検出部は、前記充電プラグに設けられている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の充電ケーブル。
