Claims (7)
- 太陽電池の一方側に着色樹脂シートを配すると共に前記太陽電池の他方側に透明樹脂シートを配することにより積層体を得、
前記透明樹脂シートの貯蔵弾性率が前記着色樹脂シートの貯蔵弾性率よりも高くなる温度に加熱しながら前記積層体を加圧することにより、前記太陽電池の一方側に位置しており、前記着色樹脂シートから構成された着色充填材層と、前記太陽電池の他方側に位置しており、前記透明樹脂シートから構成された透明充填材層とを備える太陽電池モジュールを作製する、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、
前記着色樹脂シートとして架橋性樹脂を含むシートを用い、前記透明樹脂シートとして非架橋性樹脂を含むシートを用いる。 - 請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、
前記着色樹脂シートとしてエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を含むシートを用い、前記透明樹脂シートとしてポリオレフィンを含むシートを用いる。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、
前記着色充填材層が前記太陽電池の他方側主面よりも一方側であって、前記太陽電池の厚み方向における中央よりも他方側に位置するように前記積層体を加圧する。 - 充填材層と、
前記充填材層内に配された太陽電池と、
を備え、
前記充填材層は、前記太陽電池の一方側に位置している着色充填材層と、前記太陽電池の他方側に位置している透明充填材層とを含み、
前記着色充填材層と前記透明充填材層との間の界面が、前記太陽電池の他方側の主面よりも一方側であって、前記太陽電池の厚み方向における中央よりも他方側に位置している、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記着色充填材層が架橋性樹脂を含み、
前記透明充填材層が非架橋性樹脂を含む。 - 請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記着色充填材層がエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、
前記透明充填材層がポリオレフィンを含む。
