Claims (7)
- 受光面及び裏面を有する太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池を封止している充填材層と、
を備え、
前記充填材層は、
前記太陽電池の受光面側に位置している受光面側充填材層と、
前記太陽電池の裏面側に位置している裏面側充填材層と、
を有し、
前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記裏面側充填材層の厚みに対する、前記裏面側充填材層の端面における厚みの比((前記裏面側充填材層の端面における厚み)/(前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記裏面側充填材層の厚み))が、1より小さく、かつ、前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記受光面側充填材層の厚みに対する、前記受光面側充填材層の端面における厚みの比((前記受光面側充填材層の端面における厚み)/(前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記受光面側充填材層の厚み))よりも小さく、
前記裏面側充填材層の水蒸気透過率が前記受光面側充填材層の水蒸気透過率よりも高く、
前記裏面側充填材層が架橋性樹脂を含み、
前記受光面側充填材層が非架橋性樹脂を含む、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記裏面側充填材層がエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、
前記受光面側充填材層がポリオレフィンを含む。 - 請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記充填材層の前記受光面側に位置し、ガラスにより構成された受光面側保護部材と、
前記充填材層の前記裏面側に位置し、金属層を含まない樹脂シートにより構成された裏面側保護部材と、
をさらに備える。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記充填材層が紫外線吸収剤を含み、
前記受光面側充填材層における前記紫外線吸収剤の濃度が、前記裏面側充填材層における前記紫外線吸収剤の濃度よりも高い。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記充填材層の外側に設けられており、前記充填材層が挿入された凹部を有するフレームをさらに備える。 - 太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記太陽電池モジュールは、
受光面及び裏面を有する太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池を封止している充填材層と、
を備え、
前記充填材層は、
前記太陽電池の受光面側に位置している受光面側充填材層と、
前記太陽電池の裏面側に位置している裏面側充填材層と、
を有し、
前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記裏面側充填材層の厚みに対する、前記裏面側充填材層の端面における厚みの比((前記裏面側充填材層の端面における厚み)/(前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記裏面側充填材層の厚み))が、1より小さく、かつ、前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記受光面側充填材層の厚みに対する、前記受光面側充填材層の端面における厚みの比((前記受光面側充填材層の端面における厚み)/(前記太陽電池が設けられた領域における前記受光面側充填材層の厚み))よりも小さく、
前記裏面側充填材層の水蒸気透過率が前記受光面側充填材層の水蒸気透過率よりも高く、
前記太陽電池モジュールの製造方法は、
前記受光面側保護部材を構成するための第1の樹脂シートと、前記太陽電池と、前記裏面側保護部材を構成するための第2の樹脂シートとをこの順番で積層して得た積層体を加熱しながら加圧することにより前記太陽電池モジュールを作製するラミネート工程を備え、
前記第2の樹脂シートとして、前記ラミネート工程における前記積層体の加熱温度における流動性が前記第1の樹脂シートよりも高い樹脂シートを用いる、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記裏面側充填材層の端面における厚みは、前記受光面側充填材層の端面における厚みの0.35倍以上、0.6倍以下である。
