図4は、本実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュールの一部分の略図的裏面図である。図5は、図4の線V−Vにおける略図的断面図である。
本実施形態では、吸収層18を構成している吸収フィルムにスリット18aが設けられている。引き出し用配線材12a〜12dは、このスリット18aを貫通している。すなわち、引き出し用配線材12a〜12dは、スリット18aを経由して吸収層18よりも裏面側に引き回されている。

Claims (6)
- 太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池の一主面側に配されており、400nm以上700nm未満の波長域の光を吸収する一方、700nm以上1200nm以下の波長域の少なくとも一部の光を透過させる吸収層と、
前記吸収層の前記太陽電池とは反対側に配されており、前記吸収層を透過した700nm以上1200nm以下の波長域の光の少なくとも一部の光を反射させる反射層と、
前記吸収層と前記反射層との間に配されており、厚みが0.3mm以上5mm以下であって、400nm以上700nm未満の波長域の少なくとも一部の光を透過させると共に、前記吸収層を透過した700nm以上1200nm未満の波長域の光の少なくとも一部の光を透過させる充填材層と、
を備える、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記吸収層と前記充填材層との間に他の反射層を備える、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記吸収層は、ペリレン系顔料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池が、結晶シリコン基板を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池に電気的に接続された配線材をさらに備え、
前記配線材の少なくとも一部が前記吸収層と前記反射層との間に配されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池に電気的に接続された配線材と、
前記吸収層を構成しており、前記配線材が貫通しているスリットが設けられた吸収フィルムと、
前記吸収フィルムの前記スリットが設けられた部分に貼付された固定材と、
をさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
