Abstract
Description
本発明においては、発熱体2においてこの焼結助剤成分の含有量を極端に少なくすることによって、発熱体2から絶縁基体1への化合物6の元素(V、Nb、Ta、Cr、Mo、W、MnまたはFe)の拡散を抑制した。

Claims (4)
- V、Nb、Ta、MoまたはWを主成分とする発熱体と、該発熱体のそれぞれの端部に接合されたリードと、前記発熱体および前記リードを埋設した絶縁基体とを備えたヒータであって、前記発熱体および前記絶縁基体は一体的に焼結された焼結体からなり、前記発熱体にはV、Nb、Ta、Cr、Mo、W、MnまたはFeのうち前記発熱体の前記主成分とは異なる元素のうちの少なくとも1種を含む化合物が含まれていて、前記絶縁基体の内部における前記発熱体の周囲には実質的に前記元素が含まれていないことを特徴とするヒータ。
- 前記元素がCrであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記発熱体におけるCrの含有量は1×10−6〜1×10−1質量%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のヒータ。
- 請求項1に記載のヒータと、前記一対のリードのうちの一方のリードに電極引出部を介して電気的に接続されて前記ヒータを保持する金属製保持部材とを備えたことを特徴とするグロープラグ。
