[薬剤注射装置]
まず、図1及び図2を参照して本発明の実施の形態例(以下、「本例」という。)にかかる注射針組立体及び薬剤注射装置について説明する。
図1は本例の薬剤注射装置を示す側面図、図2は本例の薬剤注射装置を示す分解図である。
図3は、本例の薬剤注射装置1を示す断面図である。
注射針組立体2の針管5は、ISOの医療用針管の基準(ISO9626:1991/Amd.1:2001(E))で22〜33ゲージのサイズ(外径0.2〜0.7mm)のものが使用できる。なお、皮膚上層部への投与に用いる場合には、26〜33ゲージのものを使用することができ、好ましくは30〜33ゲージのものが使用できる。
次に、針ハブ6について説明する。
針ハブ6の第1部材11と第2部材12は、別部材として形成されているが、一体に形成することもできる。これら第1部材11及び第2部材12の材質としては、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン等の合成樹脂を挙げることができる。
次に、弾性部材7について説明する。弾性部材7は、針ハブ6の第2部材12内に配置され、第1部材11とシリンジ3との間に介在される。この弾性部材7は、本体部41と、この本体部41の軸方向の一端に設けられたフランジ部42と、本体部41の他端に設けられたストッパ突部43を有している。
シリンジ3は、シリンジ本体51と、このシリンジ本体51に連続する排出部52を備えている。シリンジ本体51は、円形の筒体からなっている。排出部52は、シリンジ本体51の軸方向の一端から突出しており、シリンジ本体51よりも小さい外径の円形の筒体からなっている。この排出部52は、先端に向かうにつれて径が連続的に小さくなるようなテーパー状に形成されている。排出部52の先端となる端面52aは、軸方向に直交する平面であり、弾性部材7の端面41bに液密に当接する。また、排出部52の外周面には、針ハブ6の第2部材12に螺合させるためのねじ部53が設けられている。
次に、薬剤注射装置1の使用方法について説明する。
図4は本発明の薬剤注射装置の第1の実施の形態例における薬剤が排水される過程を示す断面図である。図4Aは薬剤が皮膚接触部における排水部にたまる状態を示す断面図であり、図4Bは皮膚接触部における排水部にためられた薬剤が排水される状態を示す断面図である。
まず、使用者は組み立てられた薬剤注射装置1のシリンジ内に含まれる空気を排出する、いわゆる空気抜きを行う。すると、図4Aに示すように、空気抜きの際に薬剤Mが針管5の針先5Aから排出される。針先5Aから排出された薬剤Mは調整部16と安定部17によって形成された凹部19に落下して排水部26にたまる。ここで、排水部26は、潤滑剤から構成されているため、針先5Aから排出された薬剤Mが凹部19に付着することなく撥水される。よって、図4Bに示すように、使用者は、薬剤注射装置1を傾けることで排水部26にたまった薬剤Mを容易に排水することができる。
[注射針組立体]
次に、本発明の注射針組立体の第2の実施の形態例について説明する。
第2の実施の形態例に係る注射針組立体62は、第1の実施の形態例における注射針組立体2と同様な構成を有している。この第2の実施の形態例に係る注射針組立体62が第1の実施の形態例の注射針組立体2と異なる点は、排水部66のみである。そのため、ここでは、排水部66について説明し、注射針組立体2と共通する部分には同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
図5に示すように、皮膚接触部25における調整部16と安定部17によって形成される凹部19には排水部66が設けられている。排水部66には、針ハブ6の挿入部31側へ曲面状に窪んだ排水用凹部67が形成されている。
Claims (8)
- 皮膚に穿刺される針先を有する針管と、
前記針管を保持し、かつ、前記針管の前記針先が突出する先端部と、シリンジの排出部が挿入される挿入部と、前記先端部の周囲に設けられ前記針管を生体に穿刺する際に皮膚に接触及び/又は対向するフランジ状の皮膚接触部とを有する針ハブと、
前記針ハブの前記皮膚接触部に設けられ、前記皮膚接触部にたまった薬剤を排水可能な排水部と、
を備えた注射針組立体。 - 前記皮膚接触部に、潤滑剤を塗布することで前記排水部が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射針組立体。 - 前記排水部には、前記針ハブの前記挿入部側へ窪んだ排水用凹部が形成され、
前記凹部の底部から前記皮膚接触部の縁部にかけて傾斜した斜面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射針組立体。 - 前記凹部は、曲面状である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の注射針組立体。 - 前記凹部に、潤滑剤が塗布される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の注射針組立体。 - 前記皮膚接触部は、前記針管の周囲に設けられ、前記針管の針先が突出する針突出面を有する調整部と、
前記針管の周囲を覆うように配置されて前記針管を生体に穿刺する場合に皮膚と接触する筒形状の安定部と、
前記安定部の外周面に設けられ、前記針管を生体に穿刺する場合に皮膚と接触することで前記針管及び前記安定部の生体への押圧力を案内するガイド部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射針組立体。 - 前記排水部は、前記調整部と前記安定部で形成される凹部に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の注射針組立体。 - 排出部を有するシリンジと、
皮膚に穿刺される針先を有する針管と、
前記針管を保持する保持部と、シリンジの排出部が挿入される挿入部と、前記針管の周囲を覆うように配置され前記針管を生体に穿刺する際に皮膚に接触及び/又は対向するフランジ状の皮膚接触部とを有する針ハブと、
前記針ハブの前記皮膚接触部に設けられ、前記皮膚接触部にたまった薬剤を排水可能な排水部と、
を備えた薬剤注射装置。
