さらに、これらの場合は、装着時に針先がリミッタや注射針用穿刺調整具の壁に触れて曲がってしまうことが考えられる。また、リミッタ等がプラスチックから形成されている場合には、リミッタ等を針先で突き刺してしまうことが考えられる。
[注射針組立体]
まず、本発明の注射針組立体の第1の実施の形態について、図1〜図4を参照して説明する。
図1は、注射針組立体の第1の実施の形態の側面図である。図2は、注射針組立体の分解図である。図3は、注射針組立体を分解した状態の断面図である。図4は、注射針組立体の断面図である。
第1部材11は、針保持部21と、調整部22と、安定部23と、ガイド部24を備えている。図3に示すように、針保持部21は、略円柱状に形成されており、軸方向に垂直な端面21a,21bを有している。調整部22は、針保持部21の端面21aの中央部に設けられており、針保持部21の軸方向に突出する円柱状の凸部からなっている。この調整部22の軸心は、針保持部21の軸心に一致している。
第2部材12は、略筒状に形成されている。この第2部材12の軸方向の一端部は、第1部材11の針保持部21を挿入する挿入部31になっており、他端部は、注射器52の後述する注射筒54(図5参照)が係合する係合部32になっている。
テーパガイド13は、SUS304、チタン、セラミックスなどの針管53と同等又はそれよりも高い硬度を有する材料により、略円錐形の筒状に形成されている。このテーパガイド13の外面13aには、ガイド固定部36の端面36bに当接する段部18が設けられている。この段部18がガイド固定部36の端面36bに当接することにより、テーパガイド13は、ガイド固定部36に対して位置決めされる。
接続部14は、天然ゴム、シリコーンゴムのような各種ゴム材料や、ポリウレタン系、スチレン系等の各種熱可塑性エラストマー、或いはそれらの混合物等の弾性材料から形成されている。
次に、本発明の薬剤注射装置について、図5を参照して説明する。
図5Aは、薬剤注射装置を組み立てる直前の状態の側面図である。図5Bは、薬剤注射装置を組み立てた状態の断面図である。
次に、薬剤注射装置51の組立方法について説明する。
薬剤注射装置51は、注射器52に注射針組立体1を装着することにより組み立てられ
る。注射器52に注射針組立体1を装着するには、針管53を注射針組立体1の係合部3
2側から挿入し、針ハブ56を係合部32の嵌入筒35に嵌入する。これにより、薬剤注
射装置51の組み立てが完了する。針ハブ56の嵌入は、係合部32の端面が筒本体55
に当接することにより係止される。
次に、薬剤注射装置51の使用方法について説明する。
穿刺用針管5の針先5Aを皮膚上層部に穿刺するには、まず、安定部23の端面23aを皮膚に対向させる。これにより、穿刺用針管5の針先5Aが、穿刺する皮膚に対向される。次に、薬剤注射装置51を皮膚に対して略垂直に移動させ、針先5Aを皮膚に穿刺すると共に安定部23の端面23aを皮膚に押し付ける。このとき、針突出面22aが皮膚に接触する。そのため、皮膚を平らに変形させることができ、穿刺用針管5の針先5A側を突出長Lだけ皮膚に穿刺することができる。
[注射針組立体]
次に、本発明の注射針組立体の第2の実施の形態について、図6を参照して説明する。
図6は、注射針組立体の第2の実施の形態の側面図である。
次に、薬剤注射装置81の組立方法について、図7を参照して説明する。
図7Aは、注射器52を軸方向と交差する方向に移動させて、注射針組立体71に接近させる状態の説明図である。図7Bは、注射器52の筒本体55を注射針組立体71における装着ガイド部74の内面74aに当接した状態の説明図である。図7Cは、注射器52に対する注射針組立体71の装着が完了した状態の説明図である。
嵌入筒35の端面が筒本体55に当接することにより停止される。このとき、装着ガイド部74の内面74aに沿って注射器52を移動させることにより、嵌入筒35に針ハブ56を簡単に嵌入させることができる。
後で接続する構成とした。しかしながら、本発明に係る針保持部と係合部は、一体に形成することもできる。

- 薬剤が充填された注射筒及び針管を有した注射器に装着して用いる注射針組立体であって、
皮膚に穿刺される針先を有する穿刺用針管と、
前記穿刺用針管の前記針先とは反対の基端と前記注射器の前記針管における排出口とが配置される内腔部を有する接続部と、
前記穿刺用針管を保持するとともに、前記接続部を嵌合する嵌合部を有する針保持部と、
前記嵌合部に嵌合された接続部とともに前記針保持部を挿入する挿入部を有する、前記注射筒に係合する係合部と、
を備え、
前記接続部は、前記嵌合部と面接触する第1の当接面と、前記挿入部と面接触する第2の当接面と、を有し、
前記第1の当接面に挿通された前記穿刺用針管の前記基端が前記内腔部に位置する
ことを特徴とする注射針組立体。 - 前記穿刺用針管の周囲に設けられ、前記穿刺用針管を生体に穿刺する場合に皮膚と当接する針突出面が形成された調整部を備える

前記嵌合部に嵌合された接続部とともに前記針保持部を挿入する挿入部を有する、前記注射筒に係合する係合部と、
を備え、
前記接続部は、前記嵌合部と面接触する第1の当接面と、前記挿入部と面接触する第2の当接面と、を有し、
前記第1の当接面に挿通された前記穿刺用針管の前記基端が前記内腔部に位置する
ことを特徴とする薬剤注射装置。
