Claims (3)
- 2つの板状部材を接合する方法であって、
板状体を切断することで、切断側端部における一方の平面に切断面に連続する凸部が形成された一方の板状部材を作成する切断工程と、
前記一方の板状部材の前記凸部が形成された平面を接合対象となる他方の板状部材の接合対象面に接触させた状態で前記凸部が該接合対象面に接触するまで塑性変形させ、その後前記接合対象面に接触する前記凸部と該接合対象面に接触する前記平面との間に形成される空間を埋めるよう塑性変形と表面拡散作用とを利用して前記一方の板状部材を前記他方の板状部材に密着させるよう接合する接合工程と
を含むことを特徴とする接合方法。 - 前記切断工程は、前記板状体をレーザー、あるいはプレスにて切断して前記一方の板状部材を作成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合方法。
- 上記請求項1又は上記請求項2に記載の接合方法を用いて構成部材どうしが接合されることにより形成されたことを特徴とする容器。
