Claims (5)
- 閉断面を有する本体部(11)の外周面から径方向外側に突出するフランジ部(12)が軸方向に沿って形成されたパイプ状のワーク(W)を高周波加熱すべく、前記本体部(11)を囲むループ部(13)と、前記ループ部(13)の軸方向に接近する両端から径方向外側に延びて前記フランジ部(12)の両側面に対向する一対の引出部(14,15)とを備える高周波加熱用コイルにおいて、
前記一対の引出部(14,15)を相互に軸方向両側にオフセットしたことを特徴とする高周波加熱用コイル。 - 前記一対の引出部(14,15)は、U字状、V字状あるいはコ字状に湾曲することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波加熱用コイル。
- 前記一対の引出部(14,15)は軸直角方向に見てループを構成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高周波加熱用コイル。
- 前記ワーク(W)は金属板材をパイプ状に湾曲したものであり、前記フランジ部(12)は前記金属板材の一対の側縁を重ね合わせて構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の高周波加熱用コイル。
- 前記ループ部(13)を流れる高周波電流により誘導される渦電流は前記ワーク(W)の本体部(11)を周回するように流れ、前記一対の引出部(14,15)を流れる高周波電流により誘導される渦電流は前記ワーク(W)のフランジ部(12)の面内を周回するように流れることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の高周波加熱用コイル。
