Claims (7)
- 液体燃料を燃料として用いる内燃機関に設置される後付式の気体燃料供給キットであって、
内燃機関の燃焼室又は当該燃焼室に至るまでの吸気経路に気体燃料を供給する気体燃料インジェクタと、
当該気体燃料インジェクタを、液体燃料を噴射するインジェクタとは異なる場所に設置するインジェクタ設置手段と、
少なくとも気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御するコントロールユニットと、を備えることを特徴とする、気体燃料供給キット。
- 液体燃料を筒内に直接噴射する液体燃料インジェクタと、当該液体燃料インジェクタをシリンダに保持するインジェクタ保持部を備える筒内直接噴射式内燃機関に使用される気体燃料供給キットであって、
前記液体燃料インジェクタをインテークマニホールドに移設して保持する液体燃料インジェクタ設置手段と、
前記インジェクタ保持部に設置されて気体燃料を筒内に直接噴射する気体燃料インジェクタと、
少なくとも気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御するコントロールユニットと、を備えることを特徴とする、気体燃料供給キット。
- 液体燃料供給する液体燃料インジェクタがインテークマニホールドに設置された内燃機関に使用される気体燃料供給キットであって、
前記インテークマニホールド内に気体燃料を供給する気体燃料インジェクタと、
当該気体燃料インジェクタを、前記インテークマニホールドに設置する気体燃料インジェクタ設置手段と、
少なくとも気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御するコントロールユニットと、を備えることを特徴とする、気体燃料供給キット。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御する気体燃料用コントロールユニットであり、
前記液体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御するコントロールユニットとは別に設けられる、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の気体燃料供給キット。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミング、および既存の液体燃料インジェクタにおける液体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御し、
当該コントロールユニットは、予め車両に設置されているエンジンコントロールユニットからインジェクターパルスを取得して、気体燃料インジェクタ、または気体燃料インジェクタおよび液体燃料インジェクタに対して、燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングの制御信号を出力する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の気体燃料供給キット。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミング、又は気体燃料インジェクタにおける気体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングおよび既存の液体燃料インジェクタにおける液体燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングを制御し、
当該コントロールユニットは、予め車両に設置されているエンジンコントロールユニットに入力される検知信号を取得して、気体燃料インジェクタ、または気体燃料インジェクタおよび液体燃料インジェクタに対して、燃料の噴射量と噴射タイミングの制御信号を出力する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の気体燃料供給キット。
- 液体燃料の供給ラインを備える車両に対して、気体燃料タンクと、当該気体燃料の供給ラインと、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の気体燃料供給キットとを設置した車両であって、
当該気体燃料が水素であり、
前記気体燃料タンクは圧力センサと、当該圧力センサでの測定値が一定以上の場合に水素を大気に放出する過流防止弁と、逆支弁とを備えて車両の居住空間以外の領域に設置され、
前記気体燃料供給キットを構成するインジェクタはエンジンルームに設置され、
当該エンジンルームには、供給ラインによってエンジンルームに案内された気体燃料の圧力を減じるレギュレーターと、減じられた圧力が一定以上の場合に水素を大気中に放出する安全弁が設けられ、
更に、前記気体燃料タンクが設置された領域と、エンジンルームには、当該領域中の水素濃度を検出して、一定以上の場合に警告を発する検知器が設置されていることを特徴とする、車両。
