Claims (7)
- ブローピンに嵌装した口金部材の外周にパリソンを配置してその外周から金型を閉じた状態でブロー成形することにより、前記金型に沿う容器状の樹脂ライナーが形成される圧力容器の前記口金部材と前記ブローピンとの係合構造であって、
前記ブローピンの外周部に形成された貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔を通って前記ブローピンの径方向へ移動可能に設けられたボールと、
前記口金部材の内周面に設けられた凹部とを有し、
前記ブローピンが前記口金部材に挿入されて前記ボールと前記凹部とが対向する状態で、前記ボールが前記径方向の外側へ移動してその一部が前記凹部に収容されることにより、前記口金部材と前記ブローピンとを互いに係合させることを特徴とする係合構造。 - その軸線が上下方向に延在し、前記ブローピンの外周部を構成する大径の筒部材と、
前記大径の筒部材の内側に上下方向に移動可能に設けられた小径の筒部材と、
前記小径の筒部材を前記軸方向の一側に付勢する付勢手段とを有し、
前記小径の筒部材の外面は、前記軸方向の他側に形成された大径部と、当該大径部からテーパによって縮径され、前記軸方向の一側に形成された段付き部とを有し、
前記小径の筒部材を前記軸線の他側へ移動させることにより、前記ボールの前記径方向の内側への移動が許容され、
前記ボールが前記径方向の内側に位置する状態で前記小径の筒部材が前記軸方向の一側へ移動することにより、前記テーパが前記ボールを前記径方向の外側へ移動させ、
前記大径部が前記ボールと対向する状態で前記径方向の外側に位置する前記ボールの前記径方向の内側への移動を規制することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の係合構造。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の係合構造を有する圧力容器の口金構造であって、
前記口金部材は、円環状のフランジ部および該フランジ部の内周部から前記外方に突出した筒部を有する金属製のハット部材と、該ハット部材の前記フランジ部および前記筒部の一部をインサートして円環状に形成された樹脂製の接合部材とを備え、
前記口金部材をインサートして前記樹脂ライナーがブロー成形されることによって、前記接合部材と前記樹脂ライナーとの当接部分が互いに溶着されることを特徴とする圧力容器の口金構造。 - 前記ハット部材の表面には粉体塗装による塗膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力容器の口金構造。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の係合構造を有する圧力容器の製造方法であって、
円環状のフランジ部および該フランジ部の内周部から前記外方に突出した筒部を有する金属製のハット部材を用意するステップと、
前記ハット部材の前記フランジ部および前記筒部の一部をインサートして樹脂製の接合部材を円環状に射出成形して前記口金部材を形成するステップと、
前記口金部材を前記係合構造によって前記ブローピンに嵌装するとともに、前記口金部材を前記金型内にインサートするステップと、
前記口金部材が前記金型内にインサートされた状態で前記樹脂ライナーをブロー成形することにより、前記樹脂ライナーと前記接合部材との接合部分を互いに溶着させるステップとを有することを特徴とする圧力容器の製造方法。 - 前記口金部材を形成するステップでは、前記接合部材を円環状に射出成形する前に、前記ハット部材の表面に粉体塗装による塗膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧力容器の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂ライナーと前記接合部材とを互いに溶着させるステップでは、前記接合部材を溶融させ得る温度の空気を前記ブローピンの空気供給孔から前記パリソンの内部に吹込んで前記樹脂ライナーをブロー成形することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧力容器の製造方法。
