Abstract
Description
本発明の一形態によれば、圧粉磁心の製造方法は、リン酸塩化合物を含む無機絶縁被膜によって被覆された軟磁性鉄基粉末に、バリウム,カルシウム,リチウム及びマグネシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属の脂肪酸塩を含む成形潤滑剤粉末が添加された混合粉末を用意し、前記混合粉末を用いて圧粉体を成形し、前記圧粉体に熱処理を施して圧粉体中の歪みを除去することを要旨とする。
Claims (4)
- リン酸塩化合物を含む無機絶縁被膜によって被覆された軟磁性鉄基粉末に、バリウム,カルシウム,リチウム及びマグネシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属の脂肪酸塩を含む成形潤滑剤粉末が添加された混合粉末を用意し、前記混合粉末を用いて圧粉体を成形し、前記圧粉体に熱処理を施して圧粉体中の歪みを除去する圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 前記脂肪酸塩は、炭素数12〜28の飽和又は不飽和脂肪酸の塩を含み、前記脂肪酸塩の添加量は、前記混合粉末中の0.1〜1.0質量%である請求項1に記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 熱処理温度が400〜600℃であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法によって得られる、周波数50Hzから1000Hzまでの透磁率の低下率が5%未満であることを特徴とする圧粉磁心。
