- 多孔性物質にアミン化合物を担持させた二酸化炭素吸着材を用いた二酸化炭素の分離方法であって、
前記二酸化炭素吸着材と処理対象の気体とを接触させて二酸化炭素を吸着する吸着過程と、
二酸化炭素を吸着した前記二酸化炭素吸着材から加熱気流を用いて二酸化炭素を脱着させる脱着過程と、
前記アミン化合物を前記二酸化炭素吸着材の多孔性物質に再担持させるアミン再担持過程と
を包含することを特徴とする二酸化炭素の分離方法。 - 前記二酸化炭素吸着材から脱着したアミン化合物を回収するアミン回収過程を更に包含し、前記アミン再担持過程において使用される前記アミン化合物には、前記アミン回収過程において回収されたアミン化合物が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素の分離方法。
- 前記アミン回収過程は、前記脱着過程における二酸化炭素の脱着後の気流から前記アミン化合物を回収することを特徴とする請求項2記載の二酸化炭素の分離方法。
- 前記脱着過程における前記加熱気流により加熱された前記二酸化炭素吸着材を気流により冷却する冷却過程を更に包含し、前記アミン回収過程は、前記冷却過程における冷却後の気流から前記アミン化合物を回収することを特徴とする請求項2記載の二酸化炭素の分離方法。
- 更にもう一つの前記二酸化炭素吸着材を用いた請求項1記載の二酸化炭素の分離方法であって、
前記脱着過程における前記加熱気流により加熱された前記二酸化炭素吸着材を気流により冷却する冷却過程と、
前記二酸化炭素吸着材を冷却した後の気流を前記もう一つの二酸化炭素吸着材に導入して該気流に含まれるアミン化合物を該もう一つの二酸化炭素吸着材に捕集するアミン回収過程と
を更に包含することを特徴とする二酸化炭素の分離方法。 - 前記アミン化合物は、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン又はその混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の二酸化炭素の分離方法。
- 前記加熱気流は、空気と水蒸気との混合気体である請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の二酸化炭素の分離方法。
- 多孔性物質にアミン化合物を担持させた二酸化炭素吸着材を用いた二酸化炭素分離装置であって、
前記二酸化炭素吸着材を充填した吸着材充填槽と、
該吸着材充填槽に二酸化炭素を含む処理対象の気体を供給する給気手段と、
二酸化炭素を吸着した前記二酸化炭素吸着材から二酸化炭素を脱着させるための加熱気流を供給する加熱気流供給手段と、
前記アミン化合物を前記二酸化炭素吸着材の多孔性物質に供給するアミン再担持手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素分離装置。 - 前記二酸化炭素吸着材から脱着したアミン化合物を回収するアミン回収装置を更に備え、前記アミン再担持手段によって再担持される前記アミン化合物には、前記アミン回収装置において回収されたアミン化合物が含まれることを特徴とする請求項8記載の二酸化炭素分離装置。
- 前記アミン回収装置は、二酸化炭素の脱着後の気流から前記アミン化合物を回収することを特徴とする請求項9記載の二酸化炭素分離装置。
- 二酸化炭素を脱着させた後の前記二酸化炭素吸着材に冷却用気流を供給する冷却気流供給手段を更に備え、前記アミン回収装置は、前記二酸化炭素吸着材を冷却した後の気流から前記アミン化合物を回収することを特徴とする請求項9記載の二酸化炭素分離装置。
- 更にもう一つの前記吸着材充填槽を備えた請求項8に記載の二酸化炭素分離装置であって、
二酸化炭素を脱着させた後の前記二酸化炭素吸着材に冷却用気流を供給する冷却気流供給手段と、
前記二酸化炭素吸着材を冷却した後の気流を前記もう一つの吸着材充填槽に導入して該気流に含まれるアミン化合物を前記もう一つの吸着材充填槽内の二酸化炭素吸着材に捕集するアミン回収装置と
を更に備えたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素分離装置。 - 前記アミン化合物は、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン又はその混合物であることを特徴とする請求項8乃至12の何れかに記載の二酸化炭素分離装置。
- 前記加熱気流供給手段から供給される前記加熱気流は、空気と水蒸気との混合気体である請求項請求項8乃至13の何れかに記載の二酸化炭素分離装置。
- アミノ基を有する二酸化炭素吸着材を用いた二酸化炭素の分離方法であって、
前記二酸化炭素吸着材と処理対象の気体とを接触させて二酸化炭素を吸着する吸着過程と、
空気と水蒸気とを含有する加熱気流により二酸化炭素を吸着した前記二酸化炭素吸着材から二酸化炭素を脱着させる脱着過程と
を包含することを特徴とする二酸化炭素の分離方法。 - アミノ基を有する二酸化炭素吸着材を用いた二酸化炭素分離装置であって、
前記二酸化炭素吸着材を充填した吸着材充填槽と、
該吸着材充填槽に二酸化炭素を含む処理対象の気体を供給する給気手段と、
二酸化炭素を吸着した前記二酸化炭素吸着材から二酸化炭素を脱着させるための加熱気流を供給する加熱気流供給手段と
を備えた二酸化炭素分離装置であって、
前記加熱気流は、空気と水蒸気とを含有する混合気体であることを特徴とする二酸化炭素分離装置。
