Claims (8)
- 動力源からの動力が入力される入力軸と、その入力軸に平行に配設された出力軸と、その出力軸および前記入力軸に配設され互いに噛み合って異なる変速比となるように設定された複数の歯車対と、その歯車対のそれぞれ一方の歯車に配設され前記入力軸から入力される動力を前記出力軸に遮断可能に伝達する一方、前記出力軸から前記入力軸への動力の伝達を遮断する第1クラッチとを備え、
前記第1クラッチは、
断面円形状の外周面を有し軸心回りに回転可能に構成され前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸または前記歯車に連結される内輪と、
その内輪の外周面に対向する断面円形状の内周面を有し前記軸心回りに回転可能に構成され前記歯車または前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸に連結される外輪と、
その外輪の内周面および前記内輪の外周面にそれぞれ接する係合面を有し前記内輪の外周面および前記外輪の内周面の対向間において円周方向に複数配設されるスプラグと、
そのスプラグを前記内輪の外周面および前記外輪の内周面の円周方向へ傾動可能に保持する保持器と、
前記スプラグに付勢力を付与して前記内輪の外周面および前記外輪の内周面に前記スプラグの係合面が接するようにそのスプラグを前記円周方向のセルフロック方向へ傾動させる付勢部材と、
その付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記保持器を介して前記スプラグに荷重を付与して前記セルフロック方向とは逆方向であって前記円周方向の反セルフロック方向へ前記スプラグを傾動させる荷重付与装置とを備えた車両に用いられる車両用制御装置であって、
前記入力軸の回転数を取得する回転数取得手段と、
高速段への変速要求が前記車両にあるかを判断するアップシフト要求判断手段と、
そのアップシフト要求判断手段により前記車両に高速段への変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記回転数取得手段により取得された回転数が変速後の前記歯車対に配設された前記第1クラッチの前記内輪と前記外輪との回転数が等しくなる同期回転数以下であるかを判断する高速段回転数判断手段と、
その高速段回転数判断手段により前記回転数が変速後の同期回転数以下であると判断される場合に、所定の前記荷重付与装置を非作動として、高速段の前記歯車対に配設された前記第1クラッチの前記スプラグに付与した荷重を解除する荷重解除手段とを備えていることを特徴とする車両用制御装置。 - 前記荷重解除手段は、前記高速段回転数判断手段により前記回転数が変速後の前記同期回転数より所定回転数低い目標回転数以上かつ前記同期回転数以下であると判断される場合に、所定の前記荷重付与装置を非作動として、高速段の前記歯車対に配設された前記第1クラッチの前記スプラグに付与した荷重を解除することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記アップシフト要求判断手段により前記車両に高速段への変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記回転数取得手段により取得された回転数が変速後の動力源の最小許容回転数未満にあるかを判断する最小許容回転数判断手段と、
その最小許容回転数判断手段により前記回転数が変速後の動力源の最小許容回転数未満であると判断される場合に、前記荷重付与装置の現在の作動または非作動の状態を維持する第1維持手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 低速段への変速要求が前記車両にあるかを判断するダウンシフト要求判断手段と、
そのダウンシフト要求判断手段により前記車両に低速段への変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記回転数取得手段により取得された回転数が変速後の前記歯車対に配設された前記第1クラッチの前記内輪と前記外輪との回転数が等しくなる同期回転数以下であるかを判断する低速段回転数判断手段と、
その低速段回転数判断手段により前記回転数が変速後の同期回転数以下であると判断される場合に、所定の前記荷重付与装置を作動して、現在の変速段の前記歯車対に配設された前記第1クラッチの前記スプラグに荷重を付与する荷重付与手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記ダウンシフト要求判断手段により前記車両に低速段への変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記回転数取得手段により取得された回転数が変速後の動力源の最大許容回転数より大きいかを判断する最大許容回転数判断手段と、
その最大許容回転数判断手段により前記回転数が変速後の動力源の最大許容回転数より大きいと判断される場合に、前記荷重付与装置の現在の作動または非作動の状態を維持する第2維持手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記車両は、
前記入力軸にエンジンからの動力を伝達する第1伝達軸と、
その第1伝達軸とジェネレータモータとの間の動力の伝達を行う第2伝達軸とを備え、
前記アップシフト要求判断手段により前記車両に高速段への変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記第1伝達軸に入力される前記入力軸の動力を前記第2伝達軸に伝達し前記ジェネレータモータに入力するモータ入力手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記車両は、
前記入力軸にエンジンからの動力を伝達する第1伝達軸と、
その第1伝達軸とジェネレータモータとの間の動力の伝達を行う第2伝達軸とを備え、
前記ダウンシフト要求判断手段により前記車両に低速段への変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記第2伝達軸に入力される前記ジェネレータモータの動力を前記第1伝達軸に伝達し前記入力軸に入力するアシスト手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれかに記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記車両は、
前記第1伝達軸から入力される動力を前記第2伝達軸に遮断可能に伝達する一方、前記第2伝達軸から前記第1伝達軸への動力の伝達を遮断する第2クラッチと、
前記第2伝達軸から入力される動力を前記第1伝達軸に伝達する一方、前記第1伝達軸から前記第2伝達軸への動力の伝達を遮断する第3クラッチとを備えていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の車両用制御装置。
