Description
Claims (7)
- 振動発生部及び振動受け部のいずれか一方に連結され、略筒状に形成された第1取付部材と、
振動発生部及び振動受け部のいずれか他方に連結され、前記第1取付部材の内周側に配置された第2取付部材と、
前記第1取付部材と前記第2取付部材とを弾性的に連結する第1弾性体と、
前記第2取付部材と前記第1弾性体との間に配置された第2弾性体と、
前記第1弾性体と前記第2弾性体の間において第1取付部材の軸方向と交差する方向に配列され、液体が封入されると共に前記第1弾性体の弾性変形に伴って内容積が変化する一対の受圧液室と、
隔壁の一部が前記第2弾性体で構成され、液体が封入された主液室と、
隔壁の一部がダイヤフラム部材で構成されると共に液体が封入され、液圧の変化に応じて内容積が拡縮可能な副液室と、
前記主液室と前記副液室との間に設けられた仕切部材と、
前記主液室と前記副液室との間での液体の移動を可能とする第1制限通路と、
前記受圧液室のそれぞれと前記副液室との間での流体の移動を可能とする第2制限通路と、
を備え、
前記第1弾性体の第2取付部材への連結部位である内側連結部が、第1弾性体の前記第1取付部材への連結部位である外側連結部に対し、前記第1取付部材及び前記第2取付部材が振動発生部及び振動受け部に連結されていない無負荷状態において、第1取付部材及び第2取付部材が振動発生部及び振動受け部に連結された負荷状態での負荷方向と逆方向に位置している防振装置。 - 前記第1弾性体の前記内側連結部から前記外側連結部に延出された延出部分が、前記負荷状態において前記軸方向と直交するように、前記無負荷状態における延出角度が決められている請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第2取付部材に備えられ前記第2弾性体から見て前記ダイヤフラム部材の反対側で径方向外側に拡径された拡径部と、
前記第1弾性体から連続し前記拡径部を被覆する被覆部と、
を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の防振装置。 - 前記第1取付部材の径方向に沿って配置され、前記第1弾性体及び前記第2弾性体のいずれか一方と一体的に構成され、前記第1弾性体と前記第2弾性体の間の空間を区画して前記一対の受圧液室を構成する隔壁部と、
前記第1弾性体及び前記第2弾性体のいずれか他方と一体的に構成され、前記隔壁部の外側を囲むように当接して保持する保持部と、
を有する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。 - 前記隔壁部は前記径方向に沿った凸条とされ、前記保持部は前記径方向に沿って前記隔壁部の幅方向外側から前記隔壁部を挟持する2本の凸状部とされていること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載の防振装置。
- 前記隔壁部は前記径方向に沿った断面弧状の凸条とされ、前記保持部は前記径方向に沿って前記隔壁部の先端部に対応した断面弧状の凹溝とされていること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第2弾性体は、前記第1弾性体よりも低硬度であること、を特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
