Claims (5)
- 圧電基板と、前記圧電基板上に設けられた櫛型電極を有する第1の弾性表面波共振器と、前記圧電基板上に設けられた櫛型電極を有する第2の弾性表面波共振器とを備え、
前記第1の弾性表面波共振器および前記第2の弾性表面波共振器はアポダイズが施された構成であって、かつ、前記第1の弾性表面波共振器と前記第2の弾性表面波共振器とは並列に接続されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波共振器。 - 前記圧電基板がLiNbO3により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性表面波共振器。
- 前記圧電基板が−5°から+30°の回転Yカット基板のLiNbO3により構成され、前記櫛型電極の上に誘電体層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性表面波共振器。
- 前記第1の弾性表面波共振器および前記第2の弾性表面波共振器は少なくとも1つの反射器を共用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性表面波共振器。
- 並列に接続される前記第1の弾性表面波共振器および前記第2の弾性表面波共振器の前記櫛型電極のうちの少なくともいずれかの電極本数が150本以下である請求項1に記載の弾性表面波共振器。
