Abstract
Description
なお、上記「直交」は実質的な直交、略直交を含むものである。
前記縦桟部と横桟部とは例えば格子状をなす。
また、前記縦桟部または横桟部は例えば千鳥状に配置する。
また前記金属板の加工は、エッチングレジスト膜の塗布工程、エッチングレジスト膜のパターンニング工程、エッチング工程、および前記エッチングレジスト膜の除去工程によって行う。

次に、幅0.3mm、長さ3mmのパンチを用いて、上記金属薄板を打ち抜き加工する。この打ち抜き加工では、上記パンチでグリッド部13となる部分を1つずつ打ち抜く。また、パンチで1つずつ打ち抜く以外に、まとめて打ち抜けるような金型を用意してもよく、例えば1列毎または2列毎に打ち抜けるような金型を用意してもよい。
Claims (8)
- テラヘルツ帯のワイヤーグリッドとして用いられる金属板であって、
縦方向に桟状に延びる複数の縦桟部と、該縦桟部に対して直交する少なくとも1つの横桟部とを有し、前記縦桟部と前記横桟部とでグリッド部が構成されているワイヤーグリッド用金属板。 - 前記横桟部の間隔が前記縦桟部の間隔より5倍以上広い請求項1に記載のワイヤーグリッド用金属板。
- 前記縦桟部と横桟部とで格子状を成す請求項1または2に記載のワイヤーグリッド用金属板。
- 前記縦桟部または前記横桟部を千鳥状に配置した請求項1または2に記載のワイヤーグリッド用金属板。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーグリッド用金属板と、当該ワイヤーグリッド用金属板の両側に取り付けたリング状の枠体とからなるワイヤーグリッド。
- テラヘルツ帯のワイヤーグリッドとして用いられる金属板の製造方法であって、
金属板を用意する工程と、
前記金属板に加工を施すことにより、縦方向に延びる複数の縦桟部と、該縦桟部に対して直交する少なくとも1つの横桟部とを形成し、前記縦桟部と前記横桟部とでグリッド部を形成する工程と、
を備えたワイヤーグリッド用金属板の製造方法。 - 前記金属板の加工は打ち抜き加工である請求項6に記載のワイヤーグリッド用金属板の製造方法。
- 前記金属板の加工は、エッチングレジスト膜の塗布工程、該エッチングレジスト膜のパターンニング工程、エッチング工程、および前記エッチングレジスト膜の除去工程により行うものである請求項6に記載のワイヤーグリッド用金属板の製造方法。
