Claims (5)
- ホログラム記録媒体に対し、所定の方向に傾けた状態で所定の入射角をなすように空間光変調器を介して記録光を照射するとともに、この記録光とは反対方向に傾けた状態で所定の交差角をなすように参照光を照射し、これら記録光と参照光との干渉によって上記ホログラム記録媒体にホログラムを記録するホログラム記録装置であって、
ガウス分布状の強度分布をもつガウシアンビームを均一となる傾向の強度分布をもった平行光に変換し、この平行光を上記記録光として上記空間光変調器へと進行させるビーム変調手段を備え、
上記ビーム変調手段の光軸に対し、上記ガウシアンビームの中心軸は偏心しており、その偏心方向は、上記ホログラム記録媒体に対して上記記録光を傾けた方向と同方向、またはその反対方向の成分を含んでいることを特徴とする、ホログラム記録装置。 - 上記ガウシアンビームの偏心量は、上記ホログラム記録媒体に対する上記記録光の照度余弦則に応じて設定されている、請求項1に記載のホログラム記録装置。
- 上記ガウシアンビームの偏心量は、上記ホログラム記録媒体に対する上記記録光の偏光方向を付加的な要因として設定されている、請求項2に記載のホログラム記録装置。
- 上記ガウシアンビームの偏心量は、上記ホログラム記録媒体における上記記録光および参照光の回折効率を付加的な要因として設定されている、請求項2に記載のホログラム記録装置。
- ホログラム記録媒体に対し、所定の方向に傾けた状態で所定の入射角をなすようにビーム変調手段および空間光変調器を介して記録光を照射するとともに、この記録光とは反対方向に傾けた状態で所定の交差角をなすように参照光を照射し、これら記録光と参照光との干渉によって上記ホログラム記録媒体にホログラムを記録するホログラム記録方法であって、
ガウス分布状の強度分布をもつガウシアンビームを均一となる傾向の強度分布をもった平行光に変換し、この平行光を上記記録光として上記ビーム変調手段から上記空間光変調器へと進行させるのに伴い、上記ビーム変調手段の光軸に対して上記ガウシアンビームの中心軸を、上記ホログラム記録媒体に対して上記記録光を傾けた方向と同方向、またはその反対方向の成分を含んだ方向に偏心させることを特徴とする、ホログラム記録方法。
