Claims (5)
- レーザ光を発する光源と、この光源からのレーザ光を記録光と参照光に分離するビームスプリッタと、記録すべき情報に応じて上記記録光を変調する空間光変調器と、変調された上記記録光をホログラム記録媒体の所定部位に照射する記録光学系と、上記所定部位において上記記録光と種々の角度で干渉するように上記ホログラム記録媒体に対する入射角を変化させながら上記参照光を照射する参照光学系とを備え、これら記録光と参照光との干渉によって上記所定部位にホログラムを多重記録するホログラム記録装置であって、
上記所定部位における上記参照光の照度が所定の定常レベルとなるように、上記ビームスプリッタから出射した後の上記参照光の光量を、上記ホログラム記録媒体に対する入射角に応じて可変調整する光量調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする、ホログラム記録装置。 - 上記ビームスプリッタは、偏光ビームスプリッタであり、この偏光ビームスプリッタと上記空間光変調器との間には、上記記録光に所定の位相差を付与する位相板が設けられている、請求項1に記載のホログラム記録装置。
- レーザ光を発する光源と、この光源からのレーザ光を記録光と参照光に分離する偏光ビームスプリッタと、記録すべき情報に応じて上記記録光を変調する空間光変調器と、上記偏光ビームスプリッタと上記空間光変調器との間で上記記録光に所定の位相差を与える位相板と、変調された上記記録光をホログラム記録媒体の所定部位に照射する記録光学系と、上記所定部位において上記記録光と種々の角度で干渉するように上記ホログラム記録媒体に対する入射角を変化させながら上記参照光を照射する参照光学系とを備え、これら記録光と参照光との干渉によって上記所定部位にホログラムを多重記録するホログラム記録装置であって、
上記所定部位における上記記録光および上記参照光のそれぞれの照度が所定の定常レベルとなるように、上記偏光ビームスプリッタに入射する前の上記レーザ光の光量および位相を、上記ホログラム記録媒体に対する入射角に応じて可変調整する調光手段を備えていることを特徴とする、ホログラム記録装置。 - 上記調光手段は、上記光源のレーザ出力を制御する出力制御手段と、上記レーザ光に対して位相差を変動させながら付与する位相調整手段とで構成されている、請求項3に記載のホログラム記録装置。
- 上記調光手段は、上記レーザ光の光量を可変調整する光量調整手段と、上記レーザ光に対して位相差を変化させながら付与する位相調整手段とで構成されている、請求項3に記載のホログラム記録装置。
