Abstract
Description
外力を受けることで傾き当該外力を受けなくなったとき元の位置に戻るように設定されているレバーと、
前記レバーの下端部の下方周辺に平面状に配列されており前記レバーの傾きの有無に応じたディジタル信号が出力されるホールICと、
前記レバーの下端部の中央部に第1の磁極が下向きとなる態様で取り付けられている第1磁石と、
前記レバーの下端部の周辺部に前記第1の磁極と逆の第2の磁極が下向きとなる態様で前記第1磁石を囲うように取り付けられているリング状の第2磁石とを備え、
前記各ホールICと前記第1磁石及び前記第2磁石との位置関係を、前記レバーが外力を受ける前後で、当該各ホールICの出力が切り替わる切替点に印加される等磁極線の極性が変わるようにしている。
ディジタル型ホールIC28等の上面から第1磁石26及び第2磁石24の底面までの距離を0.6mm、
ディジタル型ホールIC28等の上面からダイヤフラム18の底面までの距離を12mm、
下側部材38の高さを20mm、

Claims (5)
- 外力を受けることで傾き当該外力を受けなくなったとき元の位置に戻るレバーと、
前記レバーの下端部の下方周辺に平面状に配列されており前記レバーの傾きの有無に応じたディジタル信号が出力されるホールICと、
前記レバーの下端部の中央部に第1の磁極が下側となる態様で取り付けられている第1磁石と、
前記レバーの下端部の周辺部に前記第1の磁極と逆の第2の磁極が下側となる態様で前記第1磁石を囲うように取り付けられているリング状の第2磁石とを備え、
前記各ホールICと前記第1磁石及び前記第2磁石との位置関係を、前記レバーが外力を受ける前後で、当該各ホールICの出力が切り替わる切替点に印加される等磁極線の極性が変わるようにしていることを特徴とするレバー型スイッチ。 - 前記第1磁石の側面直下と前記第2磁石の内面直下との間に前記切替点が位置する請求項1記載のレバー型スイッチ。
- 前記レバーの支点から力点までの長さを、当該支点から作用点までの長さよりも長くしている請求項1又は2記載のレバー型スイッチ。
- 前記レバーは、レバー自体の長さを調整可能な構造とされている請求項1から3のいずれか記載のレバー型スイッチ。
- 前記ディジタル信号に基づいて発光する発光素子を備える請求項1から4のいずれか記載のレバー型スイッチ。
