Claims (3)
- 電気機械変換素子の一端を固定し、前記電気機械変換素子の他端に接続した駆動摩擦部材を前記電気機械変換素子の伸縮方向に移動可能に保持し、前記電気機械変換素子の伸縮方向に移動可能に支持される移動体と、
前記電気機械変換素子の伸縮方向に帯状に延伸して前記駆動摩擦部材を挟み込む一対の板ばねと、
前記板ばねを短辺方向に片持ちに保持するベース部材とを有することを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記板ばねの外側にそれぞれ配置され、前記板ばねの両端部に対してのみ弾性力を発揮する補助ばねをさらに有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記板ばねは、自由端の先端がそれぞれ外側に折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の駆動装置。
