次に、高含水比の浚渫土からなる軟弱土に対して、クリンカアッシュを添加すると共にセメントからなる固化材と、必要に応じてフライアッシュからなる固化助剤を添加混合させて固化処理した試験例を示す。
図10及び図11には、軟弱土に対して、クリンカアッシュを50%となるように(軟弱土:クリンカアッシュ=1:1)で添加し、その総量に対して、セメントを50kg/m3と、フライアッシュ40〜230kg/m3とを添加した場合の材令7日の一軸圧縮強度及び材令7日と材令28日の一軸圧縮強度の強度比(材令28日強度/材令7日強度)をそれぞれ示す。
Claims (7)
- 軟弱土を固化材で固化処理するに際し、所望のフロー値を維持する割合となる添加量でクリンカアッシュ及び水砕スラグから選択される少なくとも一種の添加剤を添加混合した後、固化材を添加混合することを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1において、前記添加剤の添加量は、前記所望のフロー値を維持する割合を決定した後は、前記軟弱土の含水比に関係なく一定とすることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記添加材の添加量は、重量比で10%〜70%となる量であることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかにおいて、前記固化材の添加量は、前記軟弱土及び前記添加剤の総量1000m3に対して30〜100kgであることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかにおいて、前記固化材の添加量は、配合強度が250〜100kN/m2となるように設定することを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れかにおいて、前記固化材が、セメントであることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかにおいて、前記固化材の他、固化助剤として、フライアッシュを、前記軟弱土及び前記添加材の総量1000m3に対して30〜90kg添加することを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
