Claims (5)
- 強化繊維と、熱可塑性樹脂からなる不織布とを積層し、スティッチングを施して一体化した複合シートを金型内に設置する設置工程と、
前記設置工程で金型内に設置した複合シートをプレスし、前記熱可塑性樹脂の融点より高い温度になるように加熱して成形する成形工程とを備えた繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料の成形方法。 - 強化繊維と、熱可塑性樹脂からなる不織布とを積層し、スティッチングを施して一体化した複合シート。
- 強化繊維を各層において一定の方向に並べて各層毎に強化繊維の方向が異なるように積層するとともに、前記強化繊維と一緒に熱可塑性樹脂製の不織布を積層し、スティッチングを施して一体化したことを特徴とする複合シート。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の複合シートを裁断および/又は積層して、金型に設置する所定形状に整形したことを特徴とする繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料成形用の中間体。
- 前記請求項2又は3に記載の複合シートを裁断し積層して、金型に設置する所定形状に整形したものに、スティッチングを施して一体化したことを特徴とする繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料成形用の中間体。
