Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂と強化繊維とを含むプリプレグを製造するための装置であって、
前記熱可塑性樹脂よりなる不織布を製造する紡糸部と、
それぞれ前記強化繊維よりなる複数のストランドを平行に送り出すクリールスタンドと、
前記ストランドを開繊して繊維束とする開繊部と、
前記不織布を加熱して前記繊維束に結合する結合部と、
を備えた装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記紡糸部は、前記熱可塑性樹脂を加熱して溶融ポリマとするヒータと、前記溶融ポリマを送給するポンプと、前記溶融ポリマを吐出するノズルヘッドと、を備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記紡糸部は、前記ノズルヘッドから吐出された前記溶融ポリマを受けて冷却し搬送するコンベアを備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の装置において、前記開繊部は、前記ストランドにウェーブを描かせるように走行させるべく配置された複数のバーを備えることを特徴とする装置。
