Claims (5)

  1. 一種板狀纖維強化產品的製造方法，包含：(A)準備一第一纖維強化材，及一第二纖維強化材，該第一纖維強化材具有至少一第一穿孔；(B)將該第一纖維強化材與該第二纖維強化材相互層疊成一半成品，該半成品具有一本體部，及一對應該第一穿孔而形成於該本體部的凹孔部；(C)將該半成品置於已加熱至一成型溫度的模具中，使該半成品結合硬化為一板狀纖維強化產品，該模具具有一能穿置於該凹孔部中的突出部；及(D)將該板狀纖維強化產品自該模具中取出，且該模具仍維持於該成型溫度，而該板狀纖維強化產品具有一對應該凹孔部的凹陷部。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述板狀纖維強化產品的製造方法，其中，該第二纖維強化材具有一與該第一纖維強化材的第一穿孔相配合的第二穿孔，該模具的突出部是穿置該第一穿孔與該第二穿孔。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述板狀纖維強化產品的製造方法，其中，該第一纖維強化材之第一穿孔與該第二纖維強化材之第二穿孔的孔徑不同。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述板狀纖維強化產品的製造方法，其中，該第一纖維強化材之第一穿孔與該第二纖維強化材之第二穿孔的孔徑相同。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項任一項所述板狀纖維強化 產品的製造方法，其中，該成型溫度是介於120℃至200℃之間。
