Claims (14)
- 缶状体およびその開口部を封じる封口体を有して成る二次電池、ならびにPTC素子を有して成る電池パックであって、
封口体は、その上に取り付けられたPTC素子を有して成ることを特徴とする電池パック。 - PTC素子は封口体に隣接した状態で配置され、これらを電気的に接続するようにこれらの間に存在する接続要素によって、封口体にPTC素子が取り付けられている請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 接続要素は、接着材料の層である請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 接続要素は、金属リードおよびその両側の接着材料の層である請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 接続要素は、金属リードおよびそれとPTC素子との間に位置する接着材料の層であり、接着材料の層はPTC素子と金属リードとを接続し、金属リードは、溶接によって封口体に接続されている請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 接着材料は、導電性接着剤またはハンダである請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- PTC素子は、ニッケル粉末またはニッケル・コバルト粉末を導電性フィラーとして使用するPTC要素を有する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- 缶状体およびその開口部を封じる封口体を有して成る二次電池、ならびにPTC素子を有して成る電池パックを製造する場合に使用する、PTC素子が上に取り付けられた封口体。
- PTC素子は封口体に隣接した状態で配置され、これらを電気的に接続するように、これらの間に存在する接続要素によって封口体にPTC素子が取り付けられている請求項8に記載の封口体。
- 接続要素は、接着材料の層である請求項9に記載の封口体。
- 接続要素は、金属リードおよびその両側の接着材料の層である請求項9に記載の封口体。
- 接続要素は、金属リードおよびそれとPTC素子との間に位置する接着材料の層であり、接着材料の層はPTC素子と金属リードとを接続し、金属リードは、溶接によって封口体に接続されている請求項9に記載の封口体。
- 接着材料は、導電性接着剤またはハンダである請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の封口体。
- PTC素子は、ニッケル粉末またはニッケル・コバルト粉末を導電性フィラーとして使用するPTC要素を有する請求項8〜13のいずれかに記載の封口体。
