Abstract
Description
a:前記一方の軸(図1では回転用入力軸13)が、伝動軸(3)及び旋回体(5)の相対回転軸線に対し略直角向きをなすようにして、ハウジング(2)に支持される態様。
b:前記一方の軸(図12では回転用入力軸13)が、伝動軸(3)及び旋回体(5)の相対回転軸線に対し同軸上となるようにして、ハウジング(2)に支持される態様。
c:伝動軸(3)がハウジング(2)の外部にまで突出しており、その突出部分に、ハウジング(2)の外部で別の部材に支持された前記一方の軸(図9等では回転用入力軸13、図10では出力軸25)が連結される態様。
(1)図1及び図2に示す動力伝達装置において、回転用入力軸13を伝動軸3と同一軸線上に設けること。
(2)図1及び図2に示す動力伝達装置において、旋回用入力軸14を回転用入力軸13と異なる向きに設けること。
(3)図1及び図2に示す第1太陽歯車20の数、及び、図3に示す第2太陽歯車28の数を、それぞれ1個、2個、3個、5個に変更すること。ただし、1個の場合は、振動が大きくなるため、2個以上が好ましい。

Claims (10)
- ハウジングに旋回体と伝動軸とが同一軸線周りで相対回転可能に支持され、
前記伝動軸に入力軸又は出力軸の何れか一方の軸が連結され、
前記伝動軸上に第1太陽歯車が固定され、
前記第1太陽歯車に噛み合う第1遊星歯車が回転体に支持され、
前記ハウジングに第2太陽歯車が固定され、
前記第2太陽歯車に噛み合う第2遊星歯車が前記旋回体に支持され、
前記第1遊星歯車に噛み合う第1内歯車と、前記第2遊星歯車に噛み合う第2内歯車とが一体回転可能に連結され、
前記回転体に前記入力軸又は前記出力軸の何れか他方の軸が連結され、
前記他方の軸に方向変換伝動部材を介し回転軸が略直角向きに接続され、
前記回転軸及び前記他方の軸が前記旋回体と一体旋回する一体旋回部材に支持されたことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記ハウジングに前記一方の軸が前記伝動軸及び前記旋回体の相対回転軸線に対し直角の向きで支持された請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ハウジングに前記一方の軸が前記伝動軸及び前記旋回体の相対回転軸線に対し平行の向きで支持された請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内側に旋回体が支持された請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ハウジングに同軸上に旋回体が支持された請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記旋回体の内側に伝動軸が挿入されるとともに、前記旋回体の内側に前記第1太陽歯車、前記第1遊星歯車、前記回転体、前記第2太陽歯車、前記第2遊星歯車、前記第1内歯車及び前記第2内歯車が配設された請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ハウジングに円筒軸が固定され、前記円筒軸は前記伝動軸の外側で且つ前記旋回体の内側に挿入され、前記円筒軸上に前記第2太陽歯車が固定された請求項6記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1太陽歯車と前記第1遊星歯車とが前記旋回体の軸線方向に並設され、これに伴い前記第1遊星歯車と前記第2遊星歯車とが前記旋回体の軸線方向に並設されるとともに、前記第1内歯車と前記第2内歯車とが前記旋回体の軸線方向に並設された請求項7記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記一体旋回部材が、前記回転軸及び前記他方の軸を覆うケーシングである請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記一体旋回部材が、ケーシングである請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
