That is, the toner whose stickiness is small can be transferred easily to a latent image on a photosensitive body from an carrier particles, and the latent image can be developed faithfully. Also, a developer constituted of the toner containing such specific polyester, and a resin covering carrier does not generate its adhering and stained layer on the surface of a developer carrying body. In such a way, the developing property is improved and the generation of an uneven image is prevented.
