Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the dispersion of a beam even if an energy beam is projected on every optoelectronic transducer and to make it possible to prevent the increase in resistance value due to a residual semiconductor film, by performing flattening machining for the irregular surface of an electrode on a light receiving surface corresponding to the divided parts of the semiconductor film beforehand. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 on a light receiving surface of an irregular surface 2tex is deposited on the entire surface of a light transmitting substrate 1. Light receiving surface electrodes 2a and 2b are separately formed. The irregular surface 2tex at parts, where a semiconductor film is to be divided, is made to be a flat surface 2flat. A laser beam LBlo, which has a slightly low power density, is projected. Thus the irregular surface is once fused, solidified again and flattened. Then, a semiconductor film 3 is continuously formed thereon. In order to separate the film 3 into individual semiconductor films 3a and 3b, a neighboring interval part 3' is removed by the projection of a laser beam. A neighboring interval pert 4' at a rear surface electrode 4 is removed by the projection of a laser beam LB. Thus discrete electrodes 4a and 4b are formed.
