CONSTITUTION:Component elements, which produce ceramic superconductor through heating in oxidating atmosphere, are placed in a certain mix proportion at the periphery of a wire which does not produce oxides at high temp. and thin films of ceramic superconductor are formed through heating in oxidating atmosphere. Then a ceramic superconductive layer with a certain thickness is formed through reception of this film forming process in several reversals, and the periphery of this superconductive layer is covered with a metal not producing oxides at a high temp. or an alloy therefrom. Finally the product is heated in oxidating atmosphere. This will give a compression force to each layer in the heating stage for turning into ceramics, that accomplishes a long wire with high critical current density.
