CONSTITUTION:A frozen food material such as fish and shellfish or meat frozen at low temperature is coated with edible fats and oils (e.g. lard, beef tallow or palm oil) having 25-55 deg.C, preferably 30-50 deg.C melting point in the presence of a granular or powdery food (e.g. wheat flour, soybean flour or corn starch) to give the aimed food.
