Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve restarting property after high temperature travelling by providing a pressurizing means affording communication between a float chamber and an intake pipe through an auxiliary fuel path provided with a check valve and capable of regulating a valve closing load on a discharging check valve. CONSTITUTION:A float chamber 12 communicates to an intake path 13 through an auxiliary fuel path 14 provided with an acceleration pump 17 and check valves 15, 16. The discharging check valve 16 is provided with a spring 28 made of a shape memorizing alloy to urge the valve 16 in the valve closing direction. Thus, even if an engine is left stopped after high temperature travelling, fuel in said path 14 and acceleration pump 17 does not flow into the intake path and float chamber and auxiliary remaining fuel is not dried up. Thus, the restarting property is improved while a canister can be made compact since vapor in the float chamber is not increased.
