Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 走行レール内に交互に極性が異なる永久磁
石を隣接して並置し、可動子に該永久磁石列と磁
気空隙を介して対向する電磁コイルを所定の間隔
で２対以上配置し、該永久磁石と該電磁コイルと
の吸引反発作用により永久磁石列方向へ可動子を
移動させるリニアモータの可動子走行ガイドであ
つて、走行レール内に２条のリブ状ガイドレール
を形成し、それに対する可動子側に溝付きローラ
を３箇所あるいはそれ以上取付け、ガイドレール
上に溝付きローラを走行させながら可動子の走行
ガイドとすることを特徴としたリニアモータの可
動子支持機構。 (2) ローラ溝内側断面をテーパー状に形成した
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のリニアモ
ータの可動子支持機構。
