Claims (1)
- 可動子と、この可動子の走行軌道に沿つて設け
られた固定子とからなり、可動子と固定子とは、
可動子の走行軌道に対して直交する水平方向の位
置を保持するための磁気発生手段と可動子の浮上
のための磁気発生手段とを備える磁気浮上装置に
おいて、可動子の走行軌道に対して直交する水平
方向の位置を保持する手段が、可動子の走行軌道
に沿つてその両側に配列された固定子側の磁石と
、これに対応して可動子の両側に取り付けられ磁
石とからなり、固定子側の磁石が永久磁石と電磁
石とを交互に、かつ可動子の走行軌道を挟んで電
磁石と永久磁石とが各々一対ずつ対抗するよう配
置され、可動子側に向いた上記永久磁石の磁極が
何れも同じ極性を有し、上記可動子側の磁石が、
固定子側に向いた磁極が何れも同じ極性を有する
永久磁石からなることを特徴とする磁気浮上装置
。
