Claims (1)
- 一定の磁気空隙を介して対向させた１対の永久
磁石を順次逆極となるように１列に配設して磁気
空隙路を形成し、磁気空隙路には２個の永久磁石
に臨む大きさの偏平コイルを複数組設け、各組の
偏平コイルに順次通電することにより偏平コイル
を磁気空隙路に沿つて移動自在としたリニアモー
タにおいて、フエライト磁石による磁気空隙路と
希土類磁石による磁気空隙路とを併用して連続す
る磁気空隙路を形成したことを特徴とするリニア
モータ。
