Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure the strain of the surface of a panel, etc., having sides of about 2m by providing movably a distance sensor between a reference body and a body to be measured in parallel to the plane of the reference body. CONSTITUTION:A laser distance sensor 1 which projects a laser light beam on the surface of, for example, the body 3 and a laser distance sensor 2 which projects a laser light beam on the surface of the body 4 to be measured are arranged between the body 4 to be measured and reference body 3 which are arranged in parallel and the distance between the body 3 and body 4 to be measured is operated from the distance R2 between the sensor 1 and body 3, the distance R1 between the sensor 2 and body 4 to be measured, and the predetermined distance S between the laser distance sensors 1 and 2 to measure the strain of the surface of the body 4 to be measured. The strain of the surface of the object body 4 can easily be measured by the simple structure through noncontact fact scanning with high accuracy without moving the sensors 1 and 2 themselves by a high-accuracy driving guide mechanism.
