Abstract
PURPOSE: To accurately measure the strain of a structure, such as tracks, by using laser beam and a mobile truck to receive the laser beam. CONSTITUTION: Irradiation with laser beam 300 is effected along a building 100 being an object to be measured, and a strain amount of the laser beam 300 and the building 100 are measured. A measuring device used at that time is provided with a laser beam source 20 to effect irradiation with laser beam and a truck 500 runnable along the structure. The truck 500 is provided with a measuring means to measure a running distance, a light-receiver 400 of laser beam, an orthogonal biaxial drive means to move the light-receiver 400, a displacement detecting means, and a computing means to determine the strain of a structure. This constitution, since a strain amount of the construction 100 is directly determined, a strain can be accurately measured.
