Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 閉鎖部材と、この閉鎖部材に設けた少なく
とも1個の穴と、上記閉鎖部材を弁ハウジングに
回転可能に取付けるための上記穴内のシヤフトと
、上記閉鎖部材を上記シヤフトに固定するために
上記閉鎖部材から上記シヤフト内へ延びるピンと
を有する回転弁において、 上記閉鎖部材に設けた一対のねじ穴と; 各々、上記閉鎖部材の穴と整合した上記シヤフ
トの一対の凹部と; 閉鎖部材のそれぞれの穴にねじ込まれ、シヤフ
トの凹部内へ延びる一対のピンと; を備え、上記シヤフトの凹部が、右回り回転では
上記ピンの一方を該ピンの軸線に沿つて圧縮下に
置き、前記ピンの他方を剪断下に置き、左回り回
転では上記他方のピンを該ピンの軸線に沿つて圧
縮下に置き、前記一方のピンを剪断下に置くよう
に寸法決めれていることを特徴とする回転弁。 (2) 上記シヤフト凹部の各々が、閉鎖部材の穴
の横壁と実質的に整合した第一横壁と、前記シヤ
フトが前記横壁を前記ピンに向つて回転させると
き、ピンを剪断下に置くため、上記閉鎖部材の穴
の対向した横壁より大きい距離だけ円周方向に間
隔をへだてた対向した横壁とを備えていることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記
載の回転弁。 (3) 上記凹部は、各々、上記ピンの底部に係合
し、かつ上記シヤフトが上記第一横壁を上記ピン
から離れるように回わすとき上記ピンを圧縮下に
置くための底面を備えていることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項に記載の回転弁。 (4) 上記閉鎖部材の一対の穴、シヤフトの凹部
およびピンがシヤフトの軸線と直角の単一平面に
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項に記載の回転弁。 (5) 上記ピンの軸線が平行であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第(4)項に記載の回
転弁。 (6) 上記ピンの軸線が上記シヤフトの軸線のま
わりに対称であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(5)項に記載の回転弁。 (7) 上記シヤフトの凹部が閉鎖部材の穴の横壁
と実質的に整合した第一横壁、および上記閉鎖部
材の穴の対向した横壁より大きい距離だけ間隔を
へだてた円周方向の対向した壁を形成するために
上記シヤフトの外部まで延びている底面を備え、
上記第1横壁は、上記シヤフトが上記第一横壁を
上記ピンに向つて回転させるとき、ピンを剪断下
に置くことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項に記載の回転弁。 (8) 上記底面は、上記シヤフトが第一横壁を上
記ピンから離れるように回わすときに上記ピンを
圧縮下に置くために上記ピンの底部に係合するこ
とができる深さにあることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(7)項に記載の回転弁。 (9) 上記ピンは上記閉鎖部材の穴に受け入れら
れる部分に沿つてのみねじを有していることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載
の回転弁。 (10) 弁がバタフライ弁であり、上記閉鎖部材が
円板形状であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)項に記載の回転弁。 〓(11)11〓 弁がボール弁であり、上記閉鎖部
材がボール形状であることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の回転弁。 〓(12)12〓 上記ピンは平らな端を有し、かつ
実質的に一様な横断面を有している、実用新案登
録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の回転弁。
