第１図〜第６図はこの考案の実施例を示し、第
１図はゴムホースを取り付けた状態の一部断面正
面図、第２図は金具本体の半断面正面図、第３図
は同じく右側面図、第４図は取付用ブラケツトの
正面図、第５図は同じく縦断面図、第６図は固着
方法を示す説明用一部断面正面図、第７図〜第９
図は従来例を示し、第７図は金属製バンドを用い
た正面図、第８図は一体切削による半断面正面図
、第９図は第８図Ａ―Ａ線において縦断面した状
態の２部品による他の公知例の断面図である。 ３１は金具本体、３２は取付用ブラケツト、３
４は中間基部、３５はスリーブ、３６はニツプル
、３７は結合孔、３８は間隙、３９はパンチ部材
挿入部、４０はブラケツト取付部、４１はフラン
ジ、４２は突出部、４３は挿入孔、４４はブラケ
ツトの表面、４５は凹部、４６は挿入孔のテーパ
ー面、４７は段部、４８はボルト孔、４９はブラ
ケツト裏面、５０は環状膨出部。
補正 昭６３．８．９ 考案の名称を次のように補正する。 考案の名称 ホース中間継手 実用新案登録請求の範囲、図面の簡単な説明を
次のように補正する。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸方向両端にホース接続部Ｊ１，Ｊ２を有す
る金具本体３１と、この金具本体３１の中間基部
３４に一体にかしめ結着される取付用ブラケツト
３２とよりなる、ホース中間継手であつて、前記
金具本体３１はその中間基部３４にブラケツト取
付部４０およびその一側にそれよりも大径のフラ
ンジ４１が連続して段状に形成され、一方前記取
付用ブラケツト３２には、前記ブラケツト取付部
４０を挿入し得る挿入孔４３が形成され、この挿
入孔４３には、その外端面に向つて拡がるテーパ
面４６が形成され、前記挿入孔４３に、ブラケツ
ト取付部４０を挿入するとともにこのブラケツト
取付部４０を前記テーパ面４６にかしめることに
より結着したことを特徴とする、ホース中間継手
。 前記金具本体３１の両端に形成されるホース
接続部には、それぞれスリーブ３５とニツプル３
６とがそれらの間にホース端部の挿入される間隙
３８を存して形成され、前記ニツプル３６間は前
記中間基部３４において相互に連通されることを
特徴とする、第項記載のホース中間継手。 前記金具本体３１のブラケツト取付部４０の
外周面には、突出部４２を膨出形成し、また前記
取付用ブラケツト３２の挿入孔４３の内面には突
出部４２と係合し得る凹部４５が形成されること
を特徴とする、第項記載のホース中間継手。 前記取付用ブラケツト３２の挿入孔４３の一
端面には、そのテーパ面４６の拡がり側外周端か
ら径方向外方に拡がる段部４７が連続して形成さ
れることを特徴とする、第項記載のホース中間
継手。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中間基部３４の両側にそれぞれスリーブ３５と
    ニツプル３６を連設し、中間基部３４の外周面に
    はパンチ部材挿入部３９、ブラケツト取付部４０
    及びフランジ４１が順次連続して段状に形成して
    なり、前記ブラケツト取付部４０の外周面には一
    部を膨出させて突出部４２を形成してなる金具本
    体３１と、 前記金具本体３１のブラケツト取付部４０を挿
    入し得るように、前記突出部４２を嵌入する凹部
    ４５を有する挿入孔４３を形成し、前記挿入孔４
    ３の内面はその深さの中間位置からテーパー面４
    ６とし、前記テーパー面４６の外周端から段部４
    ７を連続して形成した取付用ブラケツト３２とか
    らなり、 前記挿入孔４３にブラケツト取付部４０を圧入
    し、ブラケツト３２をフランジ４１とテーパー面
    ４６及び段部４７を埋め込んだブラケツト取付部
    ４０の潰れによる環状膨出部５０とにより一体に
    固着したことを特徴とするホース中間継手。
